I walked in to store and been waiting to eat and the person behind the counter took my order and eplained that i want 2 philly on wheat wraps people that got there after me was eating and my food was not ready when finaly ready they gave me the bag i grab the bag already late got to my destination no wrap the order was wrong i call ans they said they will redo order..its not to redo its that the experience i got was awfull and i could not eat cause i dont ear bread next time be carefull and explain to employees that they have to work with pride and alway give a crap cause u just messed up my day

Try not to order uber eats. They don’t look at the ticket and complete the order. They left most of my order out and then said they couldn’t do anything to just call uber eats. Ridiculous.

Rude customer (seems to me like a regular) skips line and employees stand there a do not say anything. The line starts behind me NOT in front of the person giving the order. Employees could of simply stated the obvious when rude customer enters.

My husband and I walked in the store with 3 people working (silence) no hello and we stood there for at least 5-10 minutes at the counter with no acknowledgment. I will never beg anyone to take me money. Bye

I wish zero stars was an option. I placed an online order with 15 minutes notice. I arrived at the store 15 minutes later and my order had not even been started. There were 7 people in line and they finished making everyone’s order in line before they began making mine. I stood there about 15 minutes waiting for food I may as well have just gotten in line.

if there was an opportunity to give 0 stars this will be the first . as of jan 17 2025 was my birthday . normally i go to jersey mike in saint cloud cause im from that side of town . but i was heading to the movie on that side of hunter creek . As a Customer of jersey mike now no long will be. i was gifted a Happy Birthday complementary a regular sub and a 16 ounce soda on jerseys Mike . as I was trying to rush using my GPS to get to the location headed that side of town. I made it just a few minutes before nine.
the young lady that says she was the manager on duty from the moment that I mentioned I had a birthday complimentary. She was denying my request of using my coupon. She made excuses and she doesn’t even have 16 ounce cups and they don’t accept birthday coupons no more.
and it was just her attitude towards the conversation, very careless and inconsiderate. Probably the fact they wanted to hurry up and rush and get out cause it was almost closing time like I get it you have a long day you wanna go home just like everyone wants to go home at the end of the day but I’ve been a manager. I’ve been a server and I work in the food industry. Someone who’s very big I’m making sure that every customer is taking care of, and knowing that their money is valued to us . we work hard for her money things are not cheap .
basically her answer was no she would not do it and and even to ensure her that my birthday I showed her my drivers license to see that I wasn’t just in there trying to get free food
if I’ve been a loyal customer and corporate of Jersey Mike had given me a a happy birthday free, regular sub and a drink when I have contribute money to their company why was I deny something that it was honored by them?
just because of this experience, I would not ever give them another dollar . people are growing to have less compassion in humanity . why would a corporate business send honors for your birthday? If you can’t even use it what a joke . good job for your employees, dear GM of the store
