I’ve only gotten delivery from this location the first time which was a couple of weeks ago it was great the sandwiches were good and being from Jersey I know what a real good cheesesteak tastes like …. But this time the steaks were extremely DRY!!! The cheese wasn’t even melted awful job I’ll never order from this location again

Came in at 5pm, one of the employees was giving a lot of attitude and barely speaking while i was ordering. Since he was too busy being mad about working there he didn’t listen to my specifications to the order so none of them happened. He kept mumbling about closing early and how mad he was working there. Every time they would receive an online order he would scream across the whole store and curse. Unfortunately this is not the first time something like this is happening at this store.
If you go here be ready for horrible attitude

Really a shame to have a pleasant conversation and ordering experience just to have them mess up the order. All I asked for was for them to add mushrooms to a Philly. I guess good enough is good enough when they charge $20 to feed a single person. I recommend going further down the parking lot to subway. At least when the food isn’t what you want it to be, at least you didn’t sell a kidney to eat a nice lunch.

Jersey Mike's makes the best Philly Steak sandwiches on earth. I have been a customer for several years. The quality is superb, and the taste is like heaven. They bake their own bread, which makes the sandwiches fresh daily. Their prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly.

My bread was so stale, I included a video. I was heading to work so I didn't have time to go back and I called to see if I could get credit for another sub and no one answered the phone. My sandwich was not enjoyable at all as you can see it was extremely stale. I have contacted the email below without a response. I just want a replacement sub so I get what I paid for.

Ordered delivery through Jersey Mikes APP. Got 4 subs and paid a good amount of money. Got the California Chicken. It’s chicken, white American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on bread. Get my order, it’s cold, there is no lettuce, tomato or mayo. Then I cut up lettuce because that’s what I was expecting on my sandwich since I paid for it, but no. Didn’t have any tomato to add. Open it up to put my lettuce inside the sandwich and there’s grilled onions. Which are not supposed to be there. What if I was allergic? What if someone allergic ate that? It would end badly. Brad was chewy liked it was microwaved. Paying almost 80$ for 4 sandwiches, and one is completely messed up. Definitely not worth it. Second time trying them, disappointed.
