Ordered two glorious heaping sandwiches from Nicky and Jonathon. Nicky genuinely brightened our travel and was like “oh absolutely we can add pickles!” with a twinkle in her eye. As always, the sub was absolute fire.

Hello (To whom it may concern:) Yesterday, during the afternoon hours on Thursday, December 19, I had the opportunity to witness a misunderstanding that occurred in line while I was waiting for my order to be taken! A girl who was in front of me in line did not agree with how her sandwich was made and complained in a slightly rude manner and ended up leaving. I put these lines because I don't think it's fair for that person to make a complaint (in case she does it) when the tall girl attended to her with the best attitude and even let her know that she could place the order again so that she did not get uncomfortable, I say this, because I work in something similar and dealing with customers is not it is always very nice and even more so when we have so many waiting for us! To her, the tall girl, my greetings even though she doesn't remember me and my family who were there together, I also thank her because my sandwich was exquisite!

I've always been coming to Jersey Mike's because it's my favorite place at the airport, but today I decided to take a short break and write a review on behalf of Adilen because her service and performance in the store is worthy of admiration! (I was able to read her name) My respects to her, this is the second time we've met and she always treats me with the best disposition and attitude... not to mention how organized she is when it comes to taking orders and even making them! I always recommend the place because the service is fast and everything is prepared fresh!

Gave me the wrong sub. I asked for a ham and cheese and they gave me a ham EGG and cheese. I told them it was wrong and all the did was take the egg off and left my sub all greasy and gross. They couldn’t even remake my sub. I ended up not even eating it.

Staff very soft spoken for such a loud busy environment. Hard to hear them. Sandwich was fresh and prepared well though
I am Gluten Free and they made sure my sandwiches was safe. They changed gloves, had extra wrapping around my sandwich and took care of me. The manager on duty was fantastic! Will eat there again. I am a flight attendant so finding good GF food is hard in airports. I appreciate the extra effort to make sure my sandwich was safe.

They had a long line and cruised through it by taking pre-orders before you got to the counter. It was great because it was also quieter and less chaotic than trying to do it at the counter. Great with my gluten and dairy allergy and the staff was super nice!

This review is for JM at Orlando Airport. When my order was taken it was supposed to be on whole wheat but when I got to the counter no whole wheat. I asked for a discount and was pleasantly surprised that Jonathan honored my request no problem. Despite it being "rush" hour 6 p.m. Jonathan was multi-tasking efficiently and kept the long checkout line moving...witha smile. Excellent customer service...thank you Jonathan!

Hands down the worst jersey Mike's I've been too. Thank god it's in the airport, I don't have to deal with their horrible food. It's places like this that make me never come back to that franchise. Worst sandwich ever. Dry, not enough meet, the lettuce is old, not much oil, not good chip flavors of and almost double the price, garbage. Just yesterday, I was telling a friend how every bite is always fresh, and then this happens. Pathetic. At this point, you're just cheating customer.
