The subs are usually great, but here, not so. Only one size. Ordered the Club Supreme (#9) but it was given to me without mayo and without the bacon. So not really a Club. Service was quick, perhaps too quick as they forgot the bacon. Seating is shared with entire food court so seating often very difficult. The Jersey Mike’s I frequent in my hometown gets 5 stars.

Ordered #43 with no peppers. I'm allergic to peppers. Proceeded to put red and green peppers. Flight was boarding so sandwich wasted Ladies, please pay attention. I'm already paying outstanding prices at an airport and for you to get it wrong in Spanish and English sucks.

Pulled plastic wrap out of my son’s sandwich and mouth. I never leave bad reviews but this staff did not care in any way. I get it, we all get busy but you have to be aware of when a foreign object is put into food.

Soggiest sandwich I've ever had. It was literally gag inducing and dripping with "juice," mayo, and the sweet and spicy sauce. Not to mention the random bacon thrown on it, the 40 minute wait, and $13 price for just the sandwich. Would not recommend.

I had a connecting flight from Orlando to Indy, and needed some dinner, so I just stopped by Jersey Mike's subs to get a tuna sub. When I stepped up to the counter, the staff were busy talking to one another, and it took a few minutes for someone to see me and ask for my order. I ordered the tuna sub and someone made it, and then another staff member asked me what I would like on my tuna sub. During this time, the staff were still talking to one another and ignoring me as if I was not at the counter. Once the tuna sub was done, the staff rang up my tuna sub, I paid, and then I left. There was no one on one interaction with me from the staff, and I feel I did not receive any decent customer service from the staff at all. The tuna sub was delicious and I enjoyed it very much, because Jersey Mike's Subs makes excellent sub sandwiches. It just would have been nice to receive good customer service from the staff while they were preparing my sub. Now I know the next time I fly through Orlando, I will not stop by this Jersey Mike's Subs for dinner. I would be better off going to a McDonald's.

I love Jersey Mikes and was happy to see one in the food court at the Orlando airport. The sandwich’s only come in one size. Basically a “regular”, but it’s stuffed with meat (the #9) is anyway. Great lunch on the go or sit in the ample amount of available tables.

9am. Do I want breakfast or lunch? Perused the food court and decided on jersey mikes. They're such a great company. Decided on lunch! Steak egg and cheese would've been my second choice if they said I had to order breakfast. Delicious sandwich. Made fresh to order. 690 calories according to the menu. Was about $12 after tax. I would have been satisfied with half the sandwich but it wasn't cut in half. So I ate the whole thing. Lol. Yum.
