I’ve never had a bad experience with Jersey Mikes until now but I’ll definitely be staying away from this location (which sucks because I just moved in the Lake Nona area and was excited to find out there was one near me) and instead will just have to make the drive back to the ucf and/or winter garden locations if I want a decent sub. While this was my first time doing a mobile order by them instead of going in; what I got in return was blatant disregard. Not only was there hardly any meat (especially for a Philly Cheesesteak) but I also was given bread I couldn’t physically eat and hadn’t even ordered. No call, no heads up and I know that the customers contact info is attached. And when I went to pick up my order there were only 1 to 2 customers so I can’t account busyness. I hate complaining but ultimately I had to give up an almost $20 sub to someone else who could eat it. And yes, I did raise a concern with customer service who promised to get back with me on the matter in 48 hours and well…it’s been a week and a half since then. I already know the employees don't get paid enough to care about it but still in this economy where well paying jobs are scarce I feel like the last remaining decency is to at least get close to what you paid for.

Jersey Mikes is my favorite sub place! The toppings are always fresh and they have never messed up my order. Staff are friendly and patient.

Oh wow this is the place to be at if you want the best sub in town. Staff spectacular professional and prompt. Everything is as ordered. I would recommend the hot honey add on it’s definitely worth the extra buck fifty!!!

I spent a lot of money here through the years and the sandwiches have been good BUT the cheesesteak went downhill quickly. I have now thrown away 4 cheesesteaks because of the amount of gristle I have encountered. Attention to detail is key when working a grill....any good cook would catch that something isn't quite right when cooking a cheesesteak and the griddle spatulas started bouncing off the meat due to the amount of gristle.....did you change your steak awhile back? It is not easy for me to just bring bad food back, hopefully, this can be corrected. I will try one last time and see how it goes.

The food was so delicious and very high quality. the store was overall clean and the workers were nice.

The new GM that’s been in this establishment has changed the atmosphere of the store ! Team always treats me like family! Polite and friendly! You don’t see this often.

Cherice was a wonderful person! Made my food with love and care! And I was treated with love soon I walked in the establishment. I always come here but first time encountering her and it was a great experience! She made it feel like I should say “ Philly steak at home” lol but def recommend this location for your jersey mikes subs! 5 star all around. Always fresh veggies and meats!

I have been going to this location for years! I love Jersey Mikes because it’s one of the few sandwich shops that offers gluten free. I’ve always gotten great food from here, however, my last few orders have been very disappointing. I ordered online and the sandwiches are repeatedly made wrong. Was very disappointed today when my gluten free bread was crumbling apart (it seemed old & stale) and my order was made wrong again.

Jersey Mikes is a franchise so since they are individually owned they are not the same as I found out today. Just stay away from this place and go to another location even if you have to drive out of your way.

Last time I will ever order from jersey mikes thanks to this location (I’ve been coming to JM since 2018).. This is the worst location yet and honestly they need to teach the employees how to be consistent. Because spending $20 for a sandwich you would expect all the locations to be constant with the amount of meat used on the subs. Not at this location I guess..: save your $20 and go to Publix and get 2 subs or go to subway. At least they will be consistent every time. Horrible management/franchise owner.

Terrible. I am ordering sandwiches to take for needed people in Tampa, just plain sandwiches ham and cheese and this store cannot even do 10 sandwiches because is to much.
People stay AWAY OF THIS PLACE!!!!!
