Many times at this location and always had my orders right the first time and the staff was friendly.

Food is pretty good and the person working the cutting machine was nice enough to clean it off before cutting my daughters as she has a dairy allergy. Overall tho, unless you order online, it's crazy slow and crowded inside the shop.

Im a regular at this location and I've never had a problem with the staff until today. Despite this location now being further from me since I moved, I still come to this one because I always had a good experience or at least 99% of the time. The girl that was there today when I went to pick up my order around 2:45, was extremely rude. Made me feel unwelcome and like I was a bother to her. There was no one else there, no customers, no other employees around and she didnt even care to greet me or acknowledge me with at least eye contact and a smile. After standing at the counter for a minute waiting for her she then finally looks at me but with a stuck-up and mean look on her face and then with an attitude, asks me if im there for pickup. I told her yes, gave the name, and she just grabbed the bag and dropped it on the counter in front of me when i had my hand out to grab it. She couldn't even hand it to me. And then just turned around and walked away without saying a word. Maybe she was having a bad day, I dont know but maybe she should learn to not take her anger or whatever she was feeling out on people who had nothing to do with whatever caused her to be so rude and disrespectful. I guess I'll be going to the new location up the road from now on

There were bits of steak and cheese in my Giant size mayonnaise sandwich. Also when I order the Giant Mayonnaise sandwich, there was only Mayo on ONE side of the sandwich. And again, all these little bits of steak and cheese was stuck on the other side. I guess they're trying to save on food costs, because I ONLY got a half a jar of mayonnaise on my sandwich. Do better Jersey Mikes.
(this was sarcasm and a complaint about the god awful amount of mayo on my steak and cheese sandwich.)

I’ve never had a bad experience with Jersey Mikes until now but I’ll definitely be staying away from this location (which sucks because I just moved in the Lake Nona area and was excited to find out there was one near me) and instead will just have to make the drive back to the ucf and/or winter garden locations if I want a decent sub. While this was my first time doing a mobile order by them instead of going in; what I got in return was blatant disregard. Not only was there hardly any meat (especially for a Philly Cheesesteak) but I also was given bread I couldn’t physically eat and hadn’t even ordered. No call, no heads up and I know that the customers contact info is attached. And when I went to pick up my order there were only 1 to 2 customers so I can’t account busyness. I hate complaining but ultimately I had to give up an almost $20 sub to someone else who could eat it. And yes, I did raise a concern with customer service who promised to get back with me on the matter in 48 hours and well…it’s been a week and a half since then. I already know the employees don't get paid enough to care about it but still in this economy where well paying jobs are scarce I feel like the last remaining decency is to at least get close to what you paid for.
Jersey Mikes is my favorite sub place! The toppings are always fresh and they have never messed up my order. Staff are friendly and patient.
