I went into this store the other day and the young man who made my sandwich was amazing. He made such a great philly. I heard his coworkers calling him Kevin. Kevin deserves the recognition he earned. He made me such a great sandwich and I will be returning just for him. He was so polite despite the amount of orders he had. Great Job!

Stopped to get food before going to the airport.Paid $17.00 for a Philly steak with mushrooms and they forgot to put the Philly steak in the sub.what a rip off. Won,t be going back.

We ordered from Uber Eats and our order was missing items. The delivery bag came sealed and untampered meaning nothing was stolen by the uber driver. The Jersey Mike's staff left out our bag of chips and the brownie. We called and their staff said there was nothing they could do about it. We have had repeat orders with missing items now. We are starting to believe at this point they are doing this on purpose and pocketing the profits. Be cautious when you order through delivery.

Let me start with....I LOVE Jersey Mike's, and find one wherever I am. So I've had Jersey Mike's subs from different locations around the state of Florida.This was my first time ordering from this particular location, and the first time I've ever said I wasn't happy with my sub.The Rosemary Parm bread was stale, I wasn't sure the vinegar, oil and spices were added the flavor was so faint, and they clearly didn't pay any attention to my order as I asked for pickles and peppers which were absent from my sandwich.

Very disappointed in the Lake Nona Jersey Mike’s!The kids who work there are rude to their customers!I literally was running in to order a sub ToGo and was told to leave because I was carrying my small dog. First of all, maybe they should have a sign on the door if they are not wanting people to came in with their dogs. Again, I was carrying my small maltipoo who is very well behaved and goes everywhere with me. All I wanted to do was to order a sub ToGo. I would never sit down in any restaurant and eat with my dog and I didn’t not walk her in, I was carrying her. The guy announced to everyone there that I was not allowed in there because I had my dog. He could have come up to me and mentioned that they aren’t allowed to have dogs in there and that if I wanted to go out to my car and order the food that I could pay and they would be happy to bring it out. Instead I was embarrassed by his announcement in front of everyone there that my dog and I had to leave.Very simple solution, please put a sign on your door if you don’t want anyone to bring a pet inside.I think I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Also, teach your employees some manners and how to treat customers.

Jersey Mike's is a good option when you are craving a sub (whether hot or cold). Out of the national sub franchises, I would say that they are the best and with corporate training, they seem to always be consistent when providing their products. The staff here was friendly and it had the ambiance that you expect from a Jersey Mike's location. My go-to subs are the Italian for a cold sub and the "Big Kahuna" (basically a cheesesteak with everything) for a hot sub.Today, despite it being insanely hot, I went with their Big Kahuna. The cheesesteak was prepared perfectly, but I do have to admit that the cold sub my client got had me questioning my choice. I guess it will give me a reason to stop back at one of their locations and get a cold sub.All in all, it's a great Jersey Mike's location and I would definitely recommend here.
