If I could give this store zero stars I absolutely would I ordered a chicken bacon ranch regular sub this afternoon it was hard as a rock and tasteless the tomatoes were bad and sour. My husband tried to take it back clearly the sub had 2 bites from it they refused to make another sub or refund just the sandwich this is why establishments don't last they do not offer any sort of customer service or make there customers happy in any regard. Alex was absolutely useless in making any resolution which a manager should do. I will never eat here again !!!!! It was a mistake trying it again !!!

We picked up 3 subs. Service was quick and the subs were great. It was well prepared and very fresh. It was more than enough for two meals, we were too full with half. We enjoyed it and would return.

Every time I stop by this store they’re always both smiling and in a cheerful mood creating a place I want to sit down and enjoy my sandwich. Walked in ..immediately greeted by ‘Cameron’ who was super friendly, helped me decide on the perfect cheesesteak..extra onions for me..nice n toasted. Got the regular Big Kahuna with Chipotle sauce….de-licious!! He got it started and then ‘Thomas’ made sure it was just right!! Great team ..serious about getting it right for you. Will come again! So I've ordered subs from Jersey Mike's many times. However, today they were just so on point that I had to leave a review. I had the regular Mike's Famous Philly. I added lettuce and oil. The bread was perfect. Super soft yet held everything in nicely. The meat is amazing. Very tender, not to mention they are very generous with the portion of meat (and cheese). It also comes with grilled onions and green and red peppers. My sub weighed a ton. Mind you, I ordered the regular. Be warned, the giant is HUGE. It's basically 2 regulars so come hungry. I normally get the cheesesteak but I've also had the Italian and the Club which are equally as good if you want a cold sub. There are many options for both hot and cold sandwiches. You can make any selection into a sub, wrap or bowl. They also have gluten free bread available upon request. Jersey Mike's doesn't disappoint.
