Went there to eat took forever got our food started to eat at 9:00 they said the store is closed we have to leave

Refused to make me 15 sandwiches for a work event. But gentleman started to make 15 sandwiches for me and then said he won't have enough bread for other customers, with a giant rack full of bread 🙃. Stated that's too many for me to order during lunch time.

My husband and I visited this location last Friday 5/9. Even though they were extremely busy, the staff was efficient, polite and attentive. Joe’s execution on my sandwich was perfect! We witnessed a seemingly grumpy customer interaction as we sat in the dining area and the staff handled him with incredible professionalism. We will be back!

I went to this place today 11/23/24 I asked the only thin, small, black-haired girl who was there about my order and she responded rudely, I asked her one more time and she was rude again, finally when she handed me the order She made a derogatory gesture with her hand, causing me indignation. She took an excessive amount of time to put together the order. Apart from her rude gestures, I will never return to this place thanks to her. If you don't like your job, look for another one where you respect the people. customers and be kinder.

Ordered online ahead of time, given a time to show up, showed up, waited one hour for one sub. They need more staff to handle the volume and demand. What a mismanagement of scheduling.
I got to watch people come in after me, order, and get served before me. What a mess. Why did I pay $20 for this sandwich?
