Jersey Mike's Sub's

I went to this place today 11/23/24 I asked the only thin, small, black-haired girl who was there about my order and she responded rudely, I asked her one more time and she was rude again, finally when she handed me the order She made a derogatory gesture with her hand, causing me indignation. She took an excessive amount of time to put together the order. Apart from her rude gestures, I will never return to this place thanks to her. If you don't like your job, look for another one where you respect the people. customers and be kinder.

Ordered online ahead of time, given a time to show up, showed up, waited one hour for one sub. They need more staff to handle the volume and demand. What a mismanagement of scheduling.

I got to watch people come in after me, order, and get served before me. What a mess. Why did I pay $20 for this sandwich?

Usually I love Jersey Mike's Philly Cheesesteak and it normally turns out great at the semeron location and I decided to try this one bread tasted very old meat was burnt and barely enough cheese than notmal

Fire place management is fire I fw Joe heavy and all the staff, they always get me right and they have never messed up any orders and have always been super kind.

Had a cheesesteak today. Normally they are good. Today's was terrible. The steak was burnt and had a burnt taste. The bun was so soggy from grease it was visible. The cheese was not mixed in with the steak but a very small amount, which was hardly anything, was laying at the bottom of the bun. It was very disappointing. Hopefully, whoever made it will be more careful in the future.

Best sub I ever had better then Wawa firehouse and Publix chicken was juicy the sub wasn’t dry and the people are nice here

The absolute worst! Stale, stale ans stale! Customer service is terrible. Save your money and don't do it!
