Wasn’t happy w my experience asked questions on Friday specials..the girl said not sure I just started working here so I wouldn’t know then I told her exactly what I wanted and she’s was about to put the opposite in my sandwich no listening skills didn’t know about the company policies had to ask for a bag for my to go delivery also wasn’t sure about the points in my app! And then these people expect tip when they don’t even put in the effort to get it right on top of a $15 sandwich!!

Tomatoes are sliced so thin you can see thru them. Barely any lettuce. Your sandwiches are embarrassing

Per management, Jersey Mike's does not offer the sampling of products before ordering AND they do not guarantee satisfaction. So, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, for ANY reason, you're out of luck.. All sales final - no refunds, per shift manager.

Don't get me wrong though. The subs are not bad, but they're not great either. If you're a fussy eater, and getting value for your money is important to you, this might not be the place for you.

For two 16$ sandwiches you would think they would add more than one tomato, pickle and Jalepeno per each fourth of the sandwich. Both my husband’s and my sandwich were was so empty I actually cannot believe that they would serve something like that.. it literally had a sprinkle of lettuce, one pickle , one tomato and one Jalepeno per each fourth of the sandwich. This location consistently serves an absolute disgrace each time and I have kept giving them chances over and over. I love Jersey mikes but this is pathetic. I understand places can have a bad day but every single time I have visited this place something has been wrong or our order has been slung in the bag with the toppings spilling out. We won’t be back.

Jersey Mike Got Game!Okay,Read carefully!When you call to complain about the sub the person will give a fake name and tell you to callback tomorrow. (I had called at 6:37pm). Callback the next day the Manager Thomas will tell you the sub must be in tack and since you already eaten it we can’t do anything. ( How would I know the sub is dry unless I taste it?). Crazy, right. (I still have sub leftover). The sad thing about this is I bought two subs the day before it was so good (but the other person said Publix is much better then Subway they have coupons by the way) Nevertheless, I had came back the next day to get a dry sub. I was set-up. LOL.Transcripts of Convo:Me: Hi I bought the sub yesterday and was told callback today between the hours of 10 am - 4 pm.Thomas : Who told you to call?Me: WayneThomas: We don’t have a Wayne working here.
