Jersey Mike's Subs

Bathroom has the same nasty scum on the floor and under the sink for months, dirty toilet, no hand soap and my wife no toilet paper in the ladys br. Food, service always good. Please hire a professional cleaning person to come in once a week please to scrub the place. Your customers will appreciate it.

As usual my order was wrong. A turkey sub doesn't even come with mayo and it had so much mayo. I requested no cheese (I'm allergic), there was cheese. Whole thing in the trash. There was NO Tomato, No salt, NO pepper, NO olive oil, NO vinegar and NO oregano. All that comes on the sandwich was not there. They did get the no onions correct. 1 thing right out of 8. Wow. This place has gotten so bad its not even worth going anymore. People have choices and when a business doesn't care I can't spend hard earned money there anymore. Pretty sure this location is a franchise. I guess with absentee owner. Oh well....so many places to get a real sub.

Had a fantastic experience here today. I run a sub shop in the area, and I must say, your employees are top notch. Very welcoming and inviting. Store is super clean as well. Love that. I’ll definitely be back!

Not how they used to be. Corporate greed ruins everything. Don’t exact what you ordered on app or in person

Wasn’t happy w my experience asked questions on Friday specials..the girl said not sure I just started working here so I wouldn’t know then I told her exactly what I wanted and she’s was about to put the opposite in my sandwich no listening skills didn’t know about the company policies had to ask for a bag for my to go delivery also wasn’t sure about the points in my app! And then these people expect tip when they don’t even put in the effort to get it right on top of a $15 sandwich!!

Tomatoes are sliced so thin you can see thru them. Barely any lettuce. Your sandwiches are embarrassing

Per management, Jersey Mike's does not offer the sampling of products before ordering AND they do not guarantee satisfaction. So, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, for ANY reason, you're out of luck.. All sales final - no refunds, per shift manager.

Don't get me wrong though. The subs are not bad, but they're not great either. If you're a fussy eater, and getting value for your money is important to you, this might not be the place for you.

For two 16$ sandwiches you would think they would add more than one tomato, pickle and Jalepeno per each fourth of the sandwich. Both my husband’s and my sandwich were was so empty I actually cannot believe that they would serve something like that.. it literally had a sprinkle of lettuce, one pickle , one tomato and one Jalepeno per each fourth of the sandwich. This location consistently serves an absolute disgrace each time and I have kept giving them chances over and over. I love Jersey mikes but this is pathetic. I understand places can have a bad day but every single time I have visited this place something has been wrong or our order has been slung in the bag with the toppings spilling out. We won’t be back.
