Excellent. Sandwiches are delicious and the guys that run this place are very friendly and helpful. I do recommend and I will return. Clean your tea urn daily.

Jersey Mike Got Game!Okay,Read carefully!When you call to complain about the sub the person will give a fake name and tell you to callback tomorrow. (I had called at 6:37pm). Callback the next day the Manager Thomas will tell you the sub must be in tack and since you already eaten it we can’t do anything. ( How would I know the sub is dry unless I taste it?). Crazy, right. (I still have sub leftover). The sad thing about this is I bought two subs the day before it was so good (but the other person said Publix is much better then Subway they have coupons by the way) Nevertheless, I had came back the next day to get a dry sub. I was set-up. LOL.Transcripts of Convo:Me: Hi I bought the sub yesterday and was told callback today between the hours of 10 am - 4 pm.Thomas : Who told you to call?Me: WayneThomas: We don’t have a Wayne working here. I doubt if anyone will tell you that.Me: Why would I lie? Someone told me when I called yesterday about the dry sub there is nothing he can do. Callback tomorrow between the hours of 10-4 speak with Thomas.Thomas: I’m not saying you are. I’m just trying to help you Ma’am. Let me call you back.Callback 5 minutes laterThomas: there must been a misunderstanding of the name but you did call. Since you ate the sub we can’t refund.Now I understand why there is very little business there. Poor customer service skills Where is ELI? WHO IS WAYNE? Got to laugh. You spent your money and they don’t care how they handle your food.

My order was not what I expected, I ordered 2 regular sandwiches thinking it was a whole hoagie and it was a 6 inch, also for the amount of money I paid it is not worth is $26 bc we got drinks. Such a disappointment. My first time and last

I think they have the best subs of any fast food places. Ask them to grill any of their cold subs and you'll get an entirely different meal. Delicious!

This place sucks, they always mess up your order or forget something if you get delivery. You're better off going a few minutes to the Lake Underhill location, I have never had any issues there. Poor training I guess.

Literally always something wrong at this location. Either they are out of a staple sandwich ingredient or the system is down or taking cash only. I mean every single time I’ve been here its something & thats been on 3 different occasions.

We absolutely love this location! The subs are always delicious, with fresh cut ingredients. The staff is very fast, polite, and very friendly. We've been coming here for a while, and always enjoy Thomas and his entire team! Cheers guys for your awesome customer service!
