I think they have the best subs of any fast food places. Ask them to grill any of their cold subs and you'll get an entirely different meal. Delicious!
This place sucks, they always mess up your order or forget something if you get delivery. You're better off going a few minutes to the Lake Underhill location, I have never had any issues there. Poor training I guess.

Just had the worst service. I walked in, and I was literally the only person in the store beside the manager and single staff person. The staff member say hello and give me one second. Then prints off an Uber Eats /Door Dash ticket. Then proceeds to make 6 sandwiches as the manager is making 2 subs on the grill. For 15 to 20 minutes still no acknowledgement or even an attempt to take an order. The phone rings and they answer to proceed to take an order over the phone. So literally the only physical customer in the store is ignored for 20'ish minutes, and they as I walk out you look flabbergasted and still didn't try and attempt to communicate.

Jersey Mike's Subs well that's now our sub shop over JJ's Jimmy John's they're clean they got great service bathrooms are clean and the food is excellent and they cut the meats and cheeses in front of you wow I can't find other than Publix I can't find a better sub I highly recommend it thanks Jersey Mike's for doing a doing a dog gone good job
