Whenever I go here, I have a wonderful visit! All of the employees seem to be kind and helpful, but my fiancé and I specifically want to acknowledge Derek. He is friendly and serves with a smile. As soon as my fiancé and I walked in, he acknowledged and greeted us.
I ordered the $10 Daily Combo Deal because I wanted The Original Italian. I ordered mine in a tub and Derek put in the work to make it a presentable and full tub, yet he was fast paced at the same time! My fiancé ordered the Club Supreme on Rosemary Parm bread. His sub was also very full and appetizing. We noticed Derek and 1 other employee were the only front of house workers when we ordered. My fiancé and I enjoyed our meals inside the clean establishment.

So I ordered through a delivery service and called to add lettuce and mayo. Apparently Jersey Mike's doesn't train employees on how to make a sandwich because they put hot steak and cheese ON TOP of the lettuce. I ended up with cooked lettuce and hapf the cheese stuck to the paper. WHY DO I HAVE TO SPECIFY WHEN I ADD LETTUCE TO PUT IT ON THE TOP OF ALL THE HOT INGREDIENTS. 20 dollars for a hot lettuce sandwich is completely ridiculous. Sure the staff was nice but how about you teach them some damn common sense even the pictures of their sandwiches have the cold veggies on top

We were a large group and needed a catering order. Nicole was amazing! We had a few special orders and she got them all correct. Lindsey delivered our order on time. She was professional and friendly. Great experience. Highly recommend.

We were so excited to have a neighborhood Jersey Mike’s. While our meal was good , I cannot get over how dirty this restaurant is. Every table was filthy. My wife had to get napkins and get them wet in the bathroom to clean a table. Not one single table top was clean. While the crew of 6 was friendly they spent too much time chatting when there should have been a couple of the workers cleaning. We also found food all over the floor in front of the counter. I decided to look over behind the counter and was shocked at the amount of food on the floor. If they don’t care to clean up the areas we can see imagine what it looks like in the back.. I’m writing this review hoping the owner will see this and take corrective action. I hope they get their act “cleaned” up..

Another top notch sub at Jersey Mike's! My first time at this new location. Excellent food. Prompt service. Seating needed wiped down.
If you go and you are in a bit of a hurry, I recommend that you look for another option, I went today and it took more than 20 minutes and when they went to deliver it we were not order, the duty is to tell you your order is going to take a while... and the manager sees that you have many orders is to place more people to prepare, there was only one person and you could see that he was new because of his slowness, good food but bad service, I will never go again
