We stayed at the regency Hyatt and decided to have jersey mikes delivered. We absolutely love the sandwiches from Jersey mikes, we have been to many of them.
This order tasted nothing like any of the other places. Nothing tasted right and we all had different things.
We were also overcharged. Stop ripping off people staying at hotels.
This location needs a corporate review as it’s giving you a bad name.

Food was excellent. It was my first time at a Jersey Mike's. The reason for the poor review was unfortunately the level of customer service that I received at this location. When I came in Alex (young lady with glasses) was incredibly rude and gave a rushed attitude. I had minor questions because it was my first time and she just passed me off to the next person, which made sense. The second she finished with my order her goal was to clock out and leave. As a first impression, the food was good and priced well. I would just put more effort into the guest experience regardless of whether it's the first sandwich prepared of the day or the last one. Will I eat at Jersey Mike's again? Yes do I have intention of coming to this location again? More than likely no

Great food, great workers. The biggest turn off I have ever came across when being at a fast food establishment was the checking out aspect. After swipe my card a prompt came up which I believed was a tip, so I left a generous amount, then am hit with another tip prompt. Apparently the first one is a donation. I will never return here because of that alone

Went to Jersey Mike’s on Fenton Street for the first time and had an awesome experience! The place was super clean and well kept, and the staff—Brennan, Lexi, and Ryan were all super nice. Each of them recommended things for me to try and really took the time to help me out. While I was enjoying my sub, Brennan even came by and offered me chipotle mayo (which I didn’t even know existed) and it went perfectly with my sandwich. Their kindness and service were top-tier and I’ll definitely be back!

Arrived at 8.40pm for the 2nd time, the Store is open till 9pm but the doors were locked and when I pointed it was 8.40 the server pointed to an empty bread tray. Total BS, she didnt remember I was in the store 2 weeks ago similar time, that time I made it in but the attitude was awful I was an inconvenience, they wanted to close up and on that occasion when someone tried to get in at 8.45pm they pulled the same BS. It isn't they have no bread, they don't want to be there. Simple answer get a different job. JM corporate either need to get new staff or if this is a franchise and the owner is aware then JM need to get a new owner. If you don't want to work then get a different job that doesn't require you to be open till 9pm not 8.40. Not a one off it's obviously consistent condoned behavior.

I usually do order for pickup but today I needed to use a coupon and order/pay in person. Gigi and the other young lady on staff was so lovely. They were very friendly very patient and went out of their way to help me and I really appreciate that. The place always looks clean and whenever we do order for pickup our subs are always ready and made fresh.
My family and I come here frequently but today 4/17/25 was such a pleasant experience when we stopped in for dinner. We ordered the Big Kahuna, daily special and a kids ham sandwich combo. I didn’t get their names but we were treated with such kindness by the 2 staff members working hard behind the counter. Thank you!!
