This location is the cleanest JMS I've ever visited. The assembly line/food area was clean and well kept unlike other locations I've seen. The person on the slicer was very conscious about changing his gloves each time as he navigated from the food area to the register. As I was sitting down enjoying my food, I even watched them wipe down and clean the food area after making subs. I was truly impressed with their food safety practices, and felt comfortable consuming my food! The employees were friendly and patient. I didn't feel rushed while I decided what I wanted, and they didn't give off vibes like they were annoyed. I had the gluten free bread which was really good. I enjoyed my sub 100%. I will definitely be back in the near future!

If you go and you are in a bit of a hurry, I recommend that you look for another option, I went today and it took more than 20 minutes and when they went to deliver it we were not order, the duty is to tell you your order is going to take a while... and the manager sees that you have many orders is to place more people to prepare, there was only one person and you could see that he was new because of his slowness, good food but bad service, I will never go again

I went into New Jersey Mike and ordered a hot sub at 120 and at 150 pm they still had not started my sub. terrible experience only one customer was ahead of me so I would recommended to pick another place to eat.

Nice location, great sandwiches, super friendly staff. We have already been three times since it opened two weeks ago and will probably continue to go once a week. They will give the Pub subs next door a run for their money!
Jersey Mike’s is my go-to place for subs these days and I was very excited to have one open right near me in the O-Town west area. It’s a new location so it’s very clean and very well staffed, hopefully that continues. Their subs are delicious - my favorite is the club sub but everything I’ve had there has been great. The entrance of this location is not on the Publix side which looks like the front, which is a bit confusing. You have to drive around to what seems like the “back” where there is a parking lot. The one negative about this new location design is it’s primarily high top tables which isn’t great for everyone. Not sure why they went with that design choice. But overall a great addition to the area and a great sub!
