We had a group event here. It was perfect. In fact better than expected. We are reserving another night. The reviews say a hidden gem. It’s true but it’s a hidden Jewel!!

We had a great time. The staff was very attentive. The piano players were funny and talented with great range. It was one big sing-along. Ask for the lychee raspberry martini. It's the bartenders special (off menu). Soooo good! We had a blast at the blackjack table even though we never really played before. Playing for charity just made it easier to take the risk and bet big. Thanks Jewel for a night to remember.

We went to Jewel for the first time last night, and we had a fabulous time! The piano players are so talented, and they were able to play every song that was requested! They really get into the show, and they involve the audience as well. The staff were so friendly and the drinks were great! We really recommend this for a fun night out on the town! The cost is $39, but if you go to Groupon, you can get it for $25. The Groupon purchase includes reserved seating and one free drink. They do sell some finger foods.

I came here for a friend's birthday party on a Saturday. I had a good time. I spent most of the time playing Blackjack. The piano players were very entertaining. The bartenders and dealers were very friendly. The food could've been better, though. If you're looking for a more authentic speakeasy experience, this a grear place to visit.

Had a great time playing blackjack and roulette while enjoying friends.
Jewel exceeded all expectations! The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel right at home. The dueling pianos were a highlight, delivering an unforgettable experience with their talent and interactive song requests. The blackjack and roulette tables added an extra layer of excitement to the night. Highly recommend Jewel for a fun-filled evening!

Went to Jewel last night for my husbands birthday. We had an absolute blast! Got to play some casino games for the very first time and it’s great that it all goes to charity. The piano players were hilarious and so much fun not to mention extremely talented. We will definitely go back! The staff is so attentive and I loved everyone. From the hostess at front (Bubbles), to the bar tender, the gentlemen running the games, Wyatt, and you can not forget the performers! Also the drinks are amazing.Thank you for making my husband’s birthday an amazing night to remember!

Had an enjoyable evening at Jewel speakeasy dueling pianos - the atmosphere was fun... the pianists were good, but I've heard better. There were a lot of songs these guys did not know...and I am not talking about obscure songs or artists. They did try to accommodate if the tip was significant. Pat O'Brien's at City Walk has more versatile singers/pianists... but I do think Jewel's has a better vibe as you won't find any screaming children there. Jewel does serve appetizers...I'd eat before you go - the food is remarkably bad. You'll also pay touristy prices on drinks. There was a group there celebrating a birthday and they seemed to be having a good time. Looks like a fun activity for a group. We did enjoy ourselves...but my expectations for musical repertoire is perhaps too high. Service was very good, staff were friendly. Check in upon arrival included waiting in a long queue to reach the box office windows, even though we had pre-purchased reservations online. Line was processed very slowly, and did not open on time at 8pm. There seemed no point in having to wait in the line (even though we were told we had to.) A bit disorganized. Crowd turned over around 10pm with most early patrons leaving, and an influx of new guests entering who were a bit more lively. Dress code said no shorts (or flipflops) - but noted several guests were wearing shorts still gained admission. All in all, we had fun and would return.
Had an awesome time at the Jewel! Cover is $10, and parking is $8, so be prepared for that! Once inside, the Jewel is adjacent to the Teatro Martini (admission to Jewel Lounge is included with Teatro tickets). In addition to a bar, there is also ample table seating and a few cozy couches.Though the highlight is definitely the table games (craps, roulette, and blackjack) along with dueling pianos! For the table games, you can pay $20 for $200 worth of chips (proceeds to charity, and winnings can be exchanged for prizes). The dealers are all very friendly & nice, and are always willing to teach new players! The dueling pianists were also very talented and were great about taking requests. Drinks were also good, and the bartender was very attentive.I will definitely be coming back to the Jewel!
