Rude staff, incorrect info added to google maps profile, needles near the doorway and trash bags sitting in the lobby. Can’t believe corporate allowed this to happen.

This store is a joke. Always closed early due to lack of employees. Yet online time is not updated. You go out of our way for a closed store. Now new schedule posted at the locked door. However still open online. Whoever manages this store needs to get with it.

I wanted to give this lower rating but begrudgingly my sandwich was really good. Our service was atrocious Zach could care less about any of his customers. He also told me my total in pennies which he thought was funny and I found frustrating. They had also closed off part of the restaurant for some reason and did not allow us to use the restroom. I would go back to JJ's just never this location again

Visited the store on Friday June 15 th on way to a show in Orlando. Granted we arrived close to closing which was not optimal but service was mediocre at best. Ate our sandwich and just about ready to go and my son asked where the restroom was only to be told “sorry it’s closed “. Paying customers and although the service was weak I even had tipped to be decent. Reciprocated decency would have been appreciated.
Great find in downtown Orlando. With all the high priced specialty shops it is good to find someone who is reasonable. Sandwich was good and prepared very quickly. Plenty of window seating so you can watch the world go by as you enjoy your tasty meal.

They made my sandwich wrong. I called and the manager promised me a replacement sandwich. When I went to get it the following day the manager wasn't there and the staff didn't honor my promised

I ordered a Turkey Tom, and cashier asked if I wanted cheese and I said no. Unfortunately they must not train their employees well because not only was there cheese on my sub, but they charged me for something I did not want. I am tired of Billion Dollar Corporations stealing from me. Plus they asked me for a tip, which I am glad I did not do. TRAIN AND PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. I will never go back.
