The food here was great tastes like any other sub, but still solid and satisfying. What stood out the most was the customer service. The staff is super nice and outgoing they make a point to let everyone know they deliver locally, by bike, which I think is really cool. Definitely good vibes all around.
The only downside is that there aren’t any outlets to charge your phone inside, which would’ve been convenient. Other than that, it’s a good spot for a quick, friendly bite.

No one picked up the phone in the more than 30 minutes that passed during my several attempts at calling, so I didn't place an order and if the other recent poor reviews are accurate, I've likely been saved from an even worse experience.

Love Jimmy John’s - surprised that the gargantuan isn’t on the menu anymore but if you ask for it they still have it. My favorite all time sub. Wife tried new beef and cheddar and she loves the Porker but now says the Beef and cheddar has won her over. I’ll have to try it (she wouldn’t share it was that good).

I was working at The Kia Center & had 1 hour for lunch. I ordered an Italian sub & a coke to be delivered to the loading dock. I was told that it would be delivered in 20 to 30 minutes. An hour later &I still didn’t have food. I called & tried to cancel my order & get a refund because I no longer had a lunch break, but the guy at JJ wasn’t having any of it. I recommend that you stay away from this store & try Subway.

This store is a joke. Always closed early due to lack of employees. Yet online time is not updated. You go out of our way for a closed store. Now new schedule posted at the locked door. However still open online. Whoever manages this store needs to get with it.

I wanted to give this lower rating but begrudgingly my sandwich was really good. Our service was atrocious Zach could care less about any of his customers. He also told me my total in pennies which he thought was funny and I found frustrating. They had also closed off part of the restaurant for some reason and did not allow us to use the restroom. I would go back to JJ's just never this location again
