The food here was great tastes like any other sub, but still solid and satisfying. What stood out the most was the customer service. The staff is super nice and outgoing they make a point to let everyone know they deliver locally, by bike, which I think is really cool. Definitely good vibes all around.

The only downside is that there aren’t any outlets to charge your phone inside, which would’ve been convenient. Other than that, it’s a good spot for a...

Love Jimmy John’s - surprised that the gargantuan isn’t on the menu anymore but if you ask for it they still have it. My favorite all time sub. Wife tried new beef and cheddar and she loves the Porker but now says the Beef and cheddar has won her over. I’ll have to try it (she wouldn’t share it was that good).

I have recently started working downtown Orlando about 4 months ago. Every time I visit it is a great atmosphere and vibe... great sandwiches made by your guy Phillip. He has amazing customer service. I love coming to this store.
