Would love to order a sandwich, Our new building is only a mile from UCF University location, it doesn't come up on there system, so you can't order online. But when you try to call in an order, they WON'T answer the phone. We have 100 employees who used to order a lot of Jimmy Johns before we moved to our new location. By not answering the phone you are losing a lot of potential business.

Came in for a sub and a staff member made and then handed the sub without a mask. Meanwhile the Jimmy Johns at UCF always have masks on. Won’t be returning.

I go here at least twice a week and I just spent over $50 today at this Jimmy John's and there were only 4 napkins left. I asked for more napkins and he said that's plenty. I said, "Plenty for 7 people?" Then they went through the trouble of giving me 1 more napkin.

The first thing I noticed is the price of the sandwiches is not listed on the menu. I ordered the "Hunters Club" my total came to $7.83 for just the sandwich. It was quite small, about the size of a wawa shortie. The bread was very dry and crumbled as I bit into the sandwich, and overall I left the store feeling disappointed and still hungry. Wawa just across the street will make you stuffed spending $6.50 on a classic hoagie and enough for a cheese stuffed pretzel.

There slogan should be “Freaky SLOW delivery “ waited a hour for my order to come and I’m only 2 miles up the road I didn’t order a freakin pizza I ordered just a cold sandwich which takes a minute to make . Take my advice don’t order delivery from this place you’ll wait forever!
Tonight’s delivery was a little delayed only because the driver hadn’t made it yet and of course they made up for it throwing in a pickle and chocolate chip cookies, I have ordered from this very location many of times mainly for the BBQ chips which are the best I’ve ever had the jalapeño ones are delicious too I’m actually eating them as this review is being written. To cut things short the service and delivery is always phenomenal and I and my unborn baby want to say thanks and happy New Years !!

Went by here for a quick bite. Got the totally tuna. I thought they had discontinued the sprouts but it turned out that was only a temporary thing. The place is clean inside and out. The staff also suggested signing up for rewards. If this was a year ago, I would but I don't go here as often anymore. The tuna sandwich tastes excellent but it is also very high in calories. I have gotten too busy to run as much to burn off the tuna calories. And it's just so good that I would eat the whole thing at once.

This place is freaky amazing, I eat here at least 6 times a week! It feel like I’m stealing with such great prices. Everyone working here is very attractive as well :D p.s try the gargantuan umwich for 70g of protein!
