I walked in to place an order today, the person at the register was using his phone. I waited a moment for him to finish up what he was doing, he looked at me, ignored me and went right back to his phone. I walked out due to the lack of service.

Went into purchase as I have purchased in the past using my military discount and I was denied being able to use my military discount when I have been using it for the last few months at this location was just denied by the manager by the name of Tony which was a little weird because he was arguing and wrestling with another employee to take my order at the register but then when I made the order they did not give me my military discount. I asked was he the manager and he said yes by the name of Tony and stated we don't do that here inconsistencies and unprofessionalism at the register

People were nice and friendly but the food is horrible, also the menu is very confusing I ordered a club and it didn't come with bacon or cheese and it was over $10...way better choices out there for the same price. I will never step foot in another jimmy Johns again.

This Jimmy Johns has had no air conditioning for two months now. The food prep counter was dirty and unwiped when my sandwich was being made which was gross. The bread was stale. The 3 sandwiches were handed to me and when I asked for a bag I was pointed to a to go area with bags. All in all a very bad experience and I won't be going back.
My favorite sandwiches, always made perfectly.
