People were nice and friendly but the food is horrible, also the menu is very confusing I ordered a club and it didn't come with bacon or cheese and it was over $10...way better choices out there for the same price. I will never step foot in another jimmy Johns again.

This Jimmy Johns has had no air conditioning for two months now. The food prep counter was dirty and unwiped when my sandwich was being made which was gross. The bread was stale. The 3 sandwiches were handed to me and when I asked for a bag I was pointed to a to go area with bags. All in all a very bad experience and I won't be going back.

My sandwich took 40 minutes to get to my home, I chose for the delivery man to leave it at the door and even gave written instructions to not knock. The delivery man knocked very loudly over and over and woke up people in my home who need rest because they are sick. They didn’t cut the bread in half which I requested, they didn’t have all the ingredients I asked for on my sandwich. This is far from the only time they’ve messed up multiple things in my order. This is not freaky fast delivery and hasn’t been for years. It’s sad that I won’t be ordering from my favorite sandwich place anymore because of their service and delivery issues.

Went to the Colonial location to order and get two subs, but they had the door locked!!It was 8:26 pm and the sign says they are open until 9:00 PM. Even the website still says they are open now at 8:41.

I don't understand how I order online for a meal pickup and drive there and my 1 sub is not ready. I waited there a lot longer then if I just went there waited in line to order my food. Four other people who walked in got their subs first before my online order.

I wanted to write a review for the manager at this location. A driver was confused on my house to deliver my food and the manager remade my order and brought to my door himself with a brownie for free. I’m very thankful and commend him on his efforts to fix the issue quickly.
