I don't come here often. But that Beach Club, OMG! I really love it. Piled up with sliced turkey, provolone, avocado, spread, and lettuce. I always end up ordering it and I am always dumbfounded how good it is.

We got a catered order for an event and the order was about 50 sandwiches and chips and the order was ready upon arrival with the condiments of mustard and mayo! The gentleman even helped to carry the order to the truck.

New manager Danny is the best. Store is great, staff is friendly, and the food is delicious and FAST. whole new experience now that the new management has made it an amazing place for lunch. Their catering and delivery is on point as well!

After repeated order for two sandwiches. Both incorrectly made. Returned them for corrected order and the third sandwich was still incorrect. First time to this place and last time.
So my wife and I went in and the workers behind the counter were arguing with one another about who was going to take our order. Then finally when that debate was settled the young lady that took our order was rude and acted as if this was her first time behind the register. She rudely asked "what chu want" and then when we ordered the fire cracker feast she asked if we wanted the cookie and chips that came with it....yes...other wise we would not have ordered the feast. Then I forgot to ask for no onions on my sub and when I said that she looked at me as if I had lobsters growing out the side of my face then all she said was, pick up ya food over there...look we have been here a dozen times usually the worker are amazing and the food is always perfect. But had this been my first time here I would never walk into a jimmy johns again. Maybe this worker was having a bad day (I doubt it) but that's no reason to act the way she did.

My 12 year old daughter insisted I write a review.Food was great, people and vibe were so good too!My 4 year old daughter tripped coming in and scrapped her knee. A worker noticed and got her a ziplock bag of ice for her. Totally helped change the mood for our sit down lunch! And super thoughtful. Impressed the whole table.Loved it all ?
Ordered a slim. Asked for Mayo. The lady with messed up teeth refused to Mayo on my sandwich. All I asked for was turkey and mayo. They said I would have to use Mayo packets. Had to wait on those. She then tossed me my sandwich by the register. To top it off I didn't even get a bag to take my order in. Worst service for the type of area the store is located in.

The General manager of this store should be fired. Period. After they made a mistake by telling me they were going to deliver a sub, the manager calls me back to tell me they wont deliver it, that uber is now delivering it, but in order for uber to pick it up, i need to leave an additional tip to that driver as well. He was rude, and irritated at me for simply asking why i am paying for them to make a mistake. Atrocious customer service and incompetency, No WONDER this store has a 3.5 rating.
