I ordered a Turkey Slim with double meat and it was the lightest sub I’ve ever felt. Absolute ripoff for $9.25 AND they asked for a tip! For what? Existing? Increase your portion sizes! Bread and turkey shouldn’t cost almost $10

It’s been a while since I’ve visited Jimmy John’s—mostly because their locations are a bit off my usual route, their delivery radius is tiny, and I live just beyond reach of every store in town. They also don’t seem to partner with DoorDash, which limits convenience.

The store wasn’t busy during my visit (either a quiet Monday lunch or the calm before a sandwich storm). I remember portions being a bit more generous in the past, though to their credit, prices are still lower than Jersey Mike’s. The new hot sandwiches and sides are a nice touch, but the potato salad missed the mark—too sweet, too small, and too pricey for what it was. I’m so sorry but the pre-packaged potato salad looks sad and lonely in a half empty container. Luckily, I used rewards points, so at least my disappointment was free of charge.

On the bright side, the bread remains excellent—distinct flavor, fresh texture, and you can take home a day-old loaf for just 50¢. Perfect for croutons or pressed sandwiches. My only suggestion aside from the portioning and doing away with that generic potato salad? Toss in a pickle wedge with the sandwich instead of charging $2.19 for a whole one. It’s the little things that make a big dill. 🥒

First off, why are we even putting lettuce and tomato on hot sandwiches by default? Way too much moisture content, steams everything, and lettuce turns to mush. Second off, please pay attention and get the sandwiches right; it sucks when you pay so much for a mushy lettuce steamed sandwich.

Reminds me of home, tastes exactly like the Midwest 💜

This establishment and every single employee is absolutely unprofessional. Today I placed a mobile order and when I picked it up, I went tot he line to ask the 2 boys if I could get an extra side of onions. While I’m standing there, a female employee turns her back, side eyeing me. I can tell by the body Language of her and looking at the rest of the group that I was clearly being talked about. Okay whatever. But when I walk out she makes a comment like “she be getting too many extra stuff” just as illiterate as I wrote. What does it matter to her what I get on my sub? So I call to speak to a manager, I asked for the general manager, got on the phone and didn’t even introduce himself. Just said hello. When I asked for his name, it seemed like he didn’t wanna provide it. I explained my experience and he didn’t say a word about it. At the end was just like ok, have a good one. No apologies, nothing. Corporate seriously needs to get this location in line because after seeing the reviews, I’m not the only one thats had a bad experience.

This place is in a real nice area however inside the store was nasty and the employees was just playing and talking rather than focusing on the customer. What i witnessed was one of the employee had her boyfriend sitting at the table and she feeding him. Not a good look.

Check your sandwich before you leave the store. I ordered a #7, no cheese, no mayo, toasted. I received... bread and meat, not toasted, no condiments. My wife's sandwich was good, hence 2 stars instead of 1.

Never have issues but today was kinda gross out when I noticed a female, on the line making subs with her long hair not put back. So what’s the point of the hat? Her hair was completely in the front, resting on her shoulders and chest, like not even put behind her ears.

Check your sandwich before you leave. Of the 6 employees standing around talking, no one on quality control evidently.

Very clean location (including the high chairs)! Also, super friendly staff, especially Zemetria who took our order. We ordered BLT’s which were delicious!

I wanted a whole wheat bread and was told they couldn't toast it because it would break their machine. Staff was rude. Had to order a wrap which was frozen.
