I served in the marine corps for 8 years and they changed their military discount to “only in uniform”. Why In the world would a veteran or active be in full uniform visiting jimmy John’s to get a sub to save a dollar? Thank you for your service!

I recently dined at Jimmy John's and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service provided by Michael and Kayla. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. The food was great as well, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. I highly recommend Jimmy John's for both their tasty food and exceptional service. They also do catering!!!! Which is amazing. We ordered a bunch of food last minute and they were able to accommodate❤️

Have been going to JJ for 15 years, and my family has always used “day old” bread for French dip recipes, just recently moved here and the local JJ said they don’t do “day old” bread and talked to us like we are idiots. Making French dip tonight and don’t feel like it will be the same without the classic JJ “day old” bread. Big bummer!!

I love me a Jimmy John’s sandwich. I work about 10minutes and on my way home I always stop and pick up a sandwich on my way home. The employee Javon always makes my sandwich like I love it. But these last to day when I went in the shop to order my sandwich. The temperature in there is horrible. It feels like we are outside. I feel bad for the employee when they have to work in this temperature. I feel like that is not safe for the employees. Because they have to work around the ovens. The management team should look into getting that check.Thanks for take the time to read my message. I gave two stars in atmosphere because of the temperature in side the shop.

JJ is my favorite sandwich place, I always loved no matter which JJ I went but this one not so much. A lady took my order, she was very nice looks like a manager, but the guy who was making sandwiches was very very rude and I asked if he could put more red peppers he literally took the other veggies down and slammed them on the sandwich and put everything back on top of it, after looking at his attitude I forgot to grab the coke bottle I paid for and didn’t feel like eating but paid for it so ate it but for some reason food didn’t taste good either, VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I was really looking forward to my veggie sandwich. Redeemed a gift card. The service was sadly sub par. The associate rarely spoke unless prompted No hello or have a good day. And the sandwich - well the bread was the only redeeming quality. There was less than a smudge of avocado on it and the shredded lettuce had only a hint of green. It was mostly tan colored lettuce. I’ve never in all my years been as disappointed in any fast food restaurant. We had to drive quite a distance since we don’t have a JJ near by. My point being this was a very conscious choice …very very disappointed!

Aiesha from the store number #1578 completely screwed up the order I came back into get a new sandwich and they just tried to add the meat they forgot but the whole sandwich was wrong ?.. they wouldn't make another sandwich very disappointing and will be telling everyone about this store location .. the transaction took place 8-8-23 @ 1231 pm check number 53

First, I love jimmy johns. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Jimmy John's. Our order was freaky slow for only three items. I always order the beach club, this time when I took a bite there was NO TURKEY! When I told them there was no meat they looked at me like they didn't know what they should do about it. They did remake it for me but I'm very disappointed with this experience. I'm very freaky frustrated.

This location has really gone down hill. We have had issues on our last 2 visits. We ordered well in advance and when we arrived the order wasn't ready. Freaky Fast... I think NOT! There were 3 or 4 employees just relaxing and when I asked about my order they claim they just got it yet no one was working on it. On top of that they completely screw up the order. There was a female manager who complained the whole time people came in to make orders. She told one customer that they couldn't order the sub how they wanted it that it needed to be "basic". Next Visit On May 6th we place an order for pick up and The store decided to cancel the order because they say they are closing the store "early". Website says location is open till 9m yet at 3pm on Saturday you close the store? I love Jimmy John's but whoever the owner is Has NO IDEA how much money they are losing and what's really going on at this location. It's like the store is being run by children.
