Was beyond disrespected and yelled at (yes yelled at) for calling and saying they had given me burnt bread. Never ordering from here again if those are the type of people they hire as managers.
I don't believe the slogan should be "so fast you'll freak." This location is less than 10 minutes away from my place of work and yet when I called to ask where my order was, because it had already been 20 minutes since I placed my order online, they told me on average it takes 20-30 minutes for delivery. Seriously? Because of this experience I will likely never eat Jimmy Johns again.
The food is always good, but delivery is hit or miss on what they'll mix/mess up. Today instead of regular chips, they sent jalapeno... didn't quite hit the spot
