I walked in around 11:30 a.m today and was greeted by the workers. The lady who took my order had such a nice contagious smile which really made my day. My food was made well and it fast. According to the reciept the cashier name was Key S. I think she deserves all the praise and maybe even a raise ;)

Today is Thursday, Nov,9,2023, I went there at 6:10PM. They are closed. Although there was a clear hours of operation sign says 'close at 8pm'.Even worse!!! They left the door unlocked, I was able to open the door and one step in and say "hello~~~ Anyone there?"

I have gotten great orders from here many times though one earlier this week was not correct. Confusingly though, a few weeks back it said they closed at 3PM and now, although google says open until 8pm, no one answers the phone at 6:40 and the website says I can't order from here at this time (6:40 on Thurs).I just want an easy dinner guys, when are you open?Update 3/14/24: they’ve had extremely erratic hours for the last year+ and are currently listed as having no open hours. Thanks for the waste of time.

At one point this restaurant was closed however I was told that it reopened July 29, 2022. The hours are Monday- Thursday 11am-8pm Friday 11am-6pm Saturday and Sunday it is open from 12 pm- 5pm. This store was missed by parents and students. You have to stop by and order you a nice sub. The smell of fresh bread cooking was what made me stop by to grab me something to eat. They have French and Wheat bread also they have a sandwich called Unwich which is made inside of lettuce the same way as made on the French bread. Now they only carry cold subs however they're great. What I love is they're pickles it's very crunchy and big. They're workers are so courteous and helpful!

Edit June 12 2022: idk what’s up with this location but I can never order from it in the app, and they don’t answer the phones despite their google hours saying they are open.Delivery was quick, though the person delivering my order had a difficult time locating my dorm. I had to walk him through the directions to get there. Not the restaurant's fault but there should be more space to put delivery directions in online orders.
I've ordered from here plenty of times but it's been a while since I go. Google maps says they're open but I've called at least 5 times to no avail. I drove out there to order in person and they're not even open... This reflects badly upon customer service... And that's coming from someone who works with customer support via phone...

My last order never showed up. Paid, but never got my lunch. When I contacted the store, I was given a credit of $20.00, and an excuse that they didn't know what was wrong with their delivery person, however they are short-staffed. My order was $25.40. When I tried calling, no answer. When I tried to order online, they no longer deliver. Now, they don't even show up as a location near me. No more JJ for me.

I've had some positive experiences for catering with JJ, but I ordered a sandwich (after the lunch rush) for delivery. The Vito was missing capicola, wasn't cut in half, hardly any oil & vinegar. It was a miss this time and disappointing as they usually alert you when an ingredient is low.
