Best ramen I have tried in Florida so far!
If you are craving ramen, this is a must try.
(I'm Hawaii so I know my ramen lol)
If you are a big eater, order the following.
Tonkatsu black, extra egg x 2
Extra noodles x 1
Gyoza 6 piece
Curry and Rice bowl
Ahi poke bowl
Only thing I would love to see added to the menu is a chicken katsu ramen, other than that, couldn't be happier with the selection.

After eating here I can't go any where else for Ramen! I've tried multiple types of ramen in my life but this place flipped my taste buds- I ordered the Spicy Chicken Ramen along with Impossible Gyoza - fire good & vegan, crispy chicken- fantastic & sautéed broccolini.. they will see my face again. The ramen was incredibly good, the noodles was even perfect & couldn't get enough of the flavor. Service was amazing & the server, only thing I would suggest is the volume of the music to bring it a tad down. I'll be coming back 😁😁

Juan the bartender made our dining experience amazing. The food was lovely and the ambiance was very cool but Juan really elevated our experience and made us feel very welcomed and special. He recommended an amazing cocktail and ensured we had a great time!

Ramen is acceptable but the drink is magnificent( J girl is a name of drink). Mauricio is a bartender made it and he was really friendly.

Visited Jinya for the first time during a trip to Orlando, based on a friend’s recommendation, and it did not disappoint! The staff was incredibly friendly, with a special shoutout to Mauricio, our bartender. He was engaging, attentive, and made fantastic drinks. Highly recommend Jinya for a great experience!
