The fact that this joint is inside an Asian market was such a fun surprise! I got cold noodles, mul neungmyeon, which were refreshingly and delightfully cold and crisp. The level of crunchiness from the cucumber and pear were peak crunch. The noodles were so soft but unbreakable! It was definitely a slurp'mania. I'll definitely be coming back again.

This is my favorite Korean restaurant in Orlando. It's so good and the service has always been great for me!

Food is okay. The main dishes are a bit bland, the sides taste like they were leftovers, the dumpling are so overcooked, it’s like chewing on rubber, and ironically the soup is the best part of the meal.
Also, they are obsessed with green onions, there are so much of it.

This cashier girl that looks like she is Hispanic is the worst cashier I have ever met. I am not even picky about service. We were deciding what food do we want since no one was at the register just yet. This girl came out immediate clapped her hands to get our attention, I literally was in shock. Not even a single “hi how can I help you?”, just clap her hands like we are pets. Not only that, my boyfriend just wanted to confirm my food will come with beef not tofu since she did not ask if we wanted beef or tofu. She gave us an attitude and be like “We would have ask if you want tofu?” Well you did not ask what did we want? She is the worst cashier ever at Joen. Whoever hired her, rethink your decision 🤷♀️ She is giving her racism to Asians at a KOREAN RESTAURANT. She is so bad for the business, if still wanna keep her, put her in the back to clean or something. The owner Kim is always nice though, love him. But that girl is a hell no

Had the kimchi pork and chicken bulgogi delivered. Fantastic food! Very tasty and fresh.

Disappointment after the price increase led to a decrease in the quantity of food. If they're going to increase the price, one expects the same quantity.
Bulgogi is 🔥 and the sides are yummy. You'll likely always get kimchi, but I do like that the other sides change daily. Good portion for what you pay for.

OMG. All I want to say is go get #12 (GALBI-TANG). It's delicious, it has plenty of beef and vegetables!! It comes with white rice, thin noodles and three small sides. The portion is big and satisfying. It never disappoints!!
Orlando, FL. My 1st time trying kimchi stew and I loved it! It was unseasonably cold today and that kimchi stew chased the winter blues away snap. If you like garlicky seafood based stew with tender pork, cabbage and onions you’ll love this soup.
My blonde stepdaughter in Franklin, TN, gets kimchi ramyun when she comes down with a cold because it clears her sinuses. I took her some recently and my blonde granddaughter immediately confiscated it and ate it within half an hour of arrival.
So kimchi stew is better than kimchi ramyun.
I didn’t know the price included banchan (think brined veggies—great probiotics!), great sticky rice the expensive kind, and a drink. You choose the drink from a little fridge (Coke, ginger ale, bottled water, some other sodas).
I sat at a table with a student with a backpack. We both sniffled over the spicy soups lol. After the student left two ladies my age sat there and had a discussion in Tagalog.
I heard accents from Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, and Idaho. Clients were of all skin colors and ages. I saw a couple kids in cosplay.
The manager walked up to Joen and the person who gave me my order reported in Korean. Another staff person passed by and the manager said, “De nada, de nada,” in response to them. Love it.
Great price for what you get. Good jumping off point if you’re curious about Korean food. Highly recommend.
They didn't bother to close the lid on my to go order so it spilled and left a stain on my car seat. They also don't include mandu dumplings on door dash orders even though it's the same price.
Perfect!
Huge portion!!!! Great value comparing to other restaurants inside Lotte.
