Absolutely love this place! It feels like you have fully stepped into a retro dinner. The food was amazing, the root beer float was great, and the service was excellent! Absolutely would come back again!

Haven't seen a Johnny Rockets since Atlanta and my kids said they want to have it for lunch today. Service bad. No refills unless I ask them for it. Atmosphere is like what you expect. Busy but 50's style. Dude. They slipped in their own 18% gratuity and I was only a party of 3. My and my 2 sons. $10 freakin dollars. It wasn't on the merchant receipt. My check was supposed to be $60 but they gratthemselves and made it $70. I left a $7 tip. So the server got $17 tip for poor service. Never going to a Johnny Rockets again. Wth. Seriously. You give crappy service and slip in $10 for yourselves. I hope Karma hits your guys so hard and business tanks.

Food was not good. They are very expensive. Charge me 10 dollar tip without consent. Customer service was ok though. Would not recommend and I would not return.

As an international visitor, I had only been to Johnny Rockets on one previous visit a long time ago. When I saw this restaurant was in the mall then I was intrigued to see if it was as good as I remembered as well as to introduce my family to the brand.
Well, we were not disappointed!
The burger and fries were really really nice, with a good choice of options also for my child, the service was excellent and very friendly, and the place looked just as I remembered.
We now all love it, and we come again if/ when we are in the area again.

It is located in the millennial mall. The burgers were so delicious, it's worth the try. Price ranges from $8-12, not bad. The milkshakes were disappointing, nothing special. I honestly had better elsewhere. We ordered the cheese fries, and it came in a large plate big enough to share. It was ok, nothing to brag about. Service, our waitress was nice and brought everything out quickly. Small space with both seating kind of like that old school vibes. My rating for the food is a 5 solely based on the burgers. We ordered 4 different types of burgers, and all 4 were amazing. I would recommend it. The shakes were decent in size with basic flavors on the lower price ranges, and the special flavors on the decent price range around $11 if I remember correctly.

The food prices are astronomical and it’s a’la carte and no longer meals. Food & service were good but prices were too high for the amount of food given. I wouldn’t go back because of that.
Good food. Good service. Nice atmosphere. Chili cheese fries and shakes are my go to, and they did not disappoint.

Great service and fresh food including the milk shake.
They just misconstrue me as a child I'm older people just start asking need a big cup or little the fries looked old the bill was a long wait like 10 min just like ya
Went here with my best friend the food was good at least but seems like they cooked my food put if off the side and cooked my friends food next, my food was warm almost cold when receiving it. Our waitress never gave us her name but the whole experience seemed rushed as we were ordering she kept trying to rip the menus out of our hands. She looked slightly judgy while we were getting our food i thought i was going crazy till my friend mentioned it. As we where paying they included the tip so we didn’t have a choice on tip either. Over all good food bad service.
A little pricey so don’t be alarmed when the bill comes.. but I already knew that. Gave 5 stars anyway because everything else was great.
Orlando, FL. Steve says the malted milk chocolate shake with whipped cream on top is “spectacular. The malt takes it up a notch.”
The bacon cheeseburger (cheddar, sans onion and tomato) was okay. It was $17 for the bacon cheeseburger and shake. Kinda like what you’d pay at an airport.
The vibe and service were nice and quiet compared to the madness of the food court (it was the Saturday before Christmas lol).
