We visited yesterday and had a rockstar experience. No wait, great food, great service. Overall, a very quick visit which was great as we had a short time available for lunch. Today, we went at the same time of day hoping for the same quick, delightful service. We waited a few minutes to be seated (not unreasonable). Then, we waited so long for someone to take our drink order that I asked the person I was with if we should find another place to eat. Our waitress came and we ordered food as well as drinks. She left our table at 12:52pm. We didn't see her again till our food arrived at 1:21pm. I quickly asked for a box and the check as we only had 5 mins left to eat. The food was not as great as the first visit but still good.

Very friendly waitress, burgers arent that great. Sub par to be exact. Too greasy and were made from like a Gordon food service patty it appeared. Should be fresh beef.

The burgers are really good but the customer service is absolutely terrible. We were there for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated quickly but no one came to take a drink order even though the waiters checked on every table around us. I had to ask to have a waiter come over to take our order and then had to watch 2 waiters argue over who would take the table because neither wanted to serve us. After the food was served, the waiter never returned to ask if we needed refills. I won't be returning to this location even though I am a local, not a tourist.

I had the Houston double with cheesy fries and really enjoyed it. The waiter was helpful and courteous, and the food arrived quickly despite the restaurant being fairly full. Nice atmosphere and good service.
