Juici Patties customer service is phenomenal. Everyone is truly happy to help. The chicken and beef patties are big and yummy! I travel 35 minutes each way just to buy these patties. Check out the inspirational message handwritten on the bag!
Guess I have been lucky with my arrival times because I have not experienced long lines...customer service is really good. The patties do not taste like the ones in Jamaica; the inside (meat filling) is really nice but the crust (outside part) taste or have a texture like paper. If they could get the texture corrected, it would be perfect
We love Juici Patties! Fantastic, authentic patties. I drove 30 mins out of the way in the rain on my way home because my wife was craving them. Home is an hour away from the restaurant and they were still warm when I got there.
