This restaurant features the humor and aesthetic of the Jungle Cruise, but in the format of a sit down restaurant. If you enjoy skipper humor, you'll likely be amused by the jokes made by the staff here. The food itself is good, but I can't say I've ever had anything here that was outstanding. If it wasn't for the absolutely horrible children's "steak", I would happily give our meal five stars. The whole reason I'm writing this reviews because the "steak" on a child's meal was overcooked beyond recognition. We are told that it was Disney's policy to Cook children's steak well done, but I've seen cardboard that is less dry then what they serve my daughter.

Overall great atmosphere and service, the restaurant decor is spot on and the servers did their best to make the experience similar to what you get on the Jungle Cruise attraction, but the food was just bland. The steak seemed like it was cooked somewhere else earlier and then brought in and reheated. This was obvious when the kids steak was only available well done. It's a selection you won't get anywhere else in the park, but it's still just foodservice fare thrown...
