I ordered from just salad website at 6:20pm and the estimate pick up time were 6:46pm, I arrived around 6:40pm of course not expecting the order will be ready then I wait until 6:55pm, still not ready so I deicide to go the shop next order to walk around, when I return around 7:10pm the order still not ready yet so I asked the staff what is the status of my order, they are looking around and tell the other staff I am here, then they just start looking at the machine to print out the order, I was like "what?", so I ask what is the purpose I am order online up front, and ask them if I don't ask the will not start making my order, at the same time my wife called to me to pick her up about 5 min away then I tell the staff I will be back in 10 min, the staff replied back "I am making it now do you want your order", WITHOUT any apologies. First I am so confused what is the whole point I order online upfront? second, should I have to tell the staff I arrived the first time at 6:40pm? third, none of the staff apologies to me.

I went there with my husband and Isa helped me with my salad, she was super kind and helped us get the best price for my meal while still getting my favorite toppings, she was very nice and sweet. I love their salads but their service is also Elite.

this is my favorite Just Salad location by far!! the employees here are super warm and inviting!! i will have to say, Jonathan (hopefully i’m spelling that right) is my FAVORITE employee!! he’s always so nice when i see him and he knows my order by heart now which is such a beautiful thing! Jonesi is also amazing and so sweet! she is always ready to help me and so warm when i walk through the door! if nothing else i will literally keep coming here because of how welcoming they and the other employees are :)))

My first experience at Just Salad was excellent. First, the location is kept nice and clean. The level of service I got was fantastic as I wasn't really sure what to order. Janessy (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was very helpful and friendly and gave me a few recommendations. I went with the Earth salad, which is not something I would normally pick, but it was delicious. I will be sure to visit Just Salad more often now on my lunch breaks.

Did a DoorDash order after a super long day. And the DoorDash driver, informed me because someone else picked up my order, they were not remaking it. Well this was the first time trying it and definitely the last. So no one cancelled it. DoorDash driver stayed around, but nothing could be done.
