I was doing a delivery from this restaurant and was told there was an item out of stock. I was told to call or text the customer to see if they wanted something else.
They didn't answer and instead of giving me the rest of the order, (THAT THE CUSTOMER ALREADY PAID FOR) they decided to hold it hostage. Which is against delivery service policies. I let the delivery service know and they contacted restaurant management operations team.
Hopefully they train their staff better or they don't need to be delivery service apps to sell their food.
The whole team are nice and makes sure you are taking care of...I give Alyssa and team #5; Stars
