Beautiful restaurant inside, very cool Waterford Mural. They were well staffed with lots of people eager to answer questions/help, I did feel a bit rushed into ordering. Everyone was very friendly, but I would probably look at their (extensive) menu ahead of time. I ordered my meal and drink to go and was surprised by no lid for my beverage and no bag for my tableware/food items. I would definitely recommend dining in, trying to get my 2 year old out to the car without spilling everything was tough, (I do appreciate their environmentally conscious choices, I would just plan ahead for that next time). The food was very tasty, I had the spicy tofu crunch. They give you the option of light, medium, or heavy dressing and the medium was well coated. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options, which I love!

Just salad is just ok for me. Gorgeous interior for sure at the Waterford lakes location. I got the honey chicken wrap which was stuffed full and had great flavor. But the main component, the chicken was lacking. To be honest, it didn't seem like fresh chicken but a frozen strip. The lemonade was fine, the chocolate chip cookie was fire and I would go back just for another one. Service was fine, if a bit frazzled. But the lack of cup lids and to go bags really put me off. I am all for saving the environment but having to carry two food items, two full cups and my child was too much. There are a lot of fresh bowl places in Orlando and Just Salad is a decent entry.

Just Salad is located in the Waterford Lakes Town Center and is over by the Starbucks (a few doors away from it). Walking in, it is an inviting atmosphere and vibe. It is bright and cheerful and the outgoing nature of the staff also only enhances the experience. They have a good selection and I ended up going with a salad (the word "salad" is after all in the business name) and found it to be a pretty good salad overall and a healthy alternative to lunch at say a fast food burger chain (and definitely more enjoyable). Just Salad started in 2006 in New York City and has since spread to something like eighty locations in multiple states. It is good to see Just Salad get to down here in sun drenched Florida. Overall, I would definitely recommend a visit to this particular Just Salad location. Being in Waterford Lakes Town Center, parking is not really an issue, the service is friendly, the atmosphere fun, bright and upbeat and finally (and most importantly), the food is healthy and delicious.

The perfect girl date @justsalad Waterford Lakes location! Thanks to @yelporlando for putting me onto their fresh, crisp, and delectable bowls. I ordered the Cilantro Lime Chicken bowl which was so delicious with a mix of kale and regenerative brown rice, braised chicken thigh, and a yummy cilantro lime vinaigrette. The corn and pickled onions added much depth to the flavors in this dish. My girl friend had the Chicken Caesar Salad it was so plentiful and also super crisp romaine. Lately it has been hard to find salad spots with clean greens that don't have that chemical taste. These greens were so fresh and tasted so clean! I love that you can choose between light, medium, and heavy sauce for the salad to be hand-tossed in. You already know we ordered it heavy and it made eating healthy so enjoyable the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Will be back for more!

We love coming here for a delicious salad, wrap or bowl. They are large and so flavorful. They have a large of already created salads that's change seasonally or you can also make your own. The staff is always so nice and helpful. This time I got the crispy poblano chicken salad and my daughter got the Thai Crunch and we enjoyed both of them to the last bite!!!

This salad was $15 without meat, the other salad was $12 with …then the salad was clearly out for DAYSSSSS . The arugula has literal dirt on it. This was my second time ordering from here &’ I will not return.

I give it two stars because I like the salad. But i've gone here about 5 times and ordered the same thing every time and have been charged 5 different prices each time. Last time I went the girl taught me how to order what I usually get so it doesn't get confusing because I always have to substitute for beyond chicken (health reasons). She literally told me how to order which I was happy for the help. Today I went and was charged almost $17 for my salad where I previously paid 12 and change. I am the target customer for this type of business but unfortunately at this price I can make this on my own cheaper. For reference I order the cilantro lime bowl with a couple tweaks. I was charged $3.49 for 4 small pieces of beyond chicken the size of my finger tip. No thank you! It's almost like the built in price for the (real) chicken that's included was taken away and instead they billed me for a new meat instead of a small up-charge like they did in the past. It's not enough food or protein in the bowl to justify that price. Sad...really wanted to enjoy the ease of just going here. Back to the supermarket I go.

I enjoyed the experience of having the salad made to liking. Pretty cool different concept. It is a little pricey but what healthy food isn't unfortunately. Staff was very nice. The drink options are limited but for me this wasn't an issue as I love that they sell poppi's in store!

I love just salad and was super excited when this one opened! I have been coming a few times a week since they opened. I have had great experiences with the staff each time and all the employees are so kind. I especially love one of the mangers (not sure names) but he is very tall and so sweet. The only reason for this review is because i had a horrible experience with the woman who served me who is apparently also a manager, she was being extremely rude and cold. I was trying to understand that maybe she was just stressed because they were busy, but that is no reason to make costumers feel uncomfortable. I felt like i was intruding and making her angry just by coming in and ordering food.

Absolutely love this place. I love their eco-friendly mission as well as their atmosphere. I was there for their opening day and have been back multiple times! One person who stuck out to me who always gives me such an amazing customer experience is Landon! His energy & consideration always makes me glad when I see he will be the one making my salad. ? the salads are amaaaaaazing, my fav is the crispy chicken poblano & their avocado toast is to die for.
