Absolutely loved our experience at Kala Rooftop Mediterranean! The food was flavorful, beautifully presented, and the rooftop ambiance made it even more special. But what truly made our visit unforgettable was our server, Dominicano Ramon R — he was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His recommendations were spot on and his positive energy added so much to the evening. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing night out with great food and exceptional service!

Ramon was very attentive to our needs. When I had an issue with the rice tasting like cinnamon he was aware of that. He made sure we were good on everything and how he would tell the owner about it. Overall he was amazing. The view was amazing. He played the music that I like and he was very friendly and respectful. I would come here anytime I would visit Orlando. Thank you Ramon!!! If I could I would give him 5 stars!

took 30 mins for someone to get me a water. i had to wave someone down. i believe the server who finally helped us name was ray and she great but it was very embarrassing just sitting waiting and sweating

It's definitely one of the best places in Orlando. I recommend 100%. The food is amazing. The attention is very good. Especially the manager Ramon, he's the best. I definitely go back

This restaurant is amazing. You get a beautiful view of the city from all around you, the restaurant itself is decorated with pretty lights hanging above, and the service is fantastic! The food was also amazing . My boyfriend and I shared a big grilled platter, each piece of meat perfectly seasoned! We definitely will be returning
