10/10! The Berkwood St Louis Sticky Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and so flavorful that we found ourselves talking about them for days. The Hamachi Carpaccio was another standout, with the ponzu sauce and kefir lime oil perfectly complementing the yellowtail. We also enjoyed the Garlic Togarashi Edamame and Shrimp Tempura. I loved the Bee My Honey cocktail—it had just the right amount of sweetness for my taste. My fiancé ordered the Kabooki Old Fashioned and liked the mix of ginger syrup and cherry bark vanilla bitters.
The restaurant itself has a contemporary vibe, with low lighting and an intimate atmosphere. The service was great, and we’ll definitely be returning.

Truly a high-end sushi restaurant. Great menu with a throw back to the OG Japanese Sushi houses. If you're looking to go somewhere on a first date or just an entertaining night out, make sure to sit at the sushi bar. This kitchen runs like well-tuned engine. The cooks all take pride in their work. They also always seem to be having fun and enjoying themselves. There is just so much activity to watch and learn from. Just stop reading my review and go over there. My only critique would be that it is a bit pricey. Especially for the portion sizes. The roles are a bit smaller than your traditional American-style sushi so take that in mind when ordering.

Kabooki takes the theater out of dinner leaving only truth in flavor and quality. I went for magical dining with a friend. We sat at the bar for dinner, which was great. Amazing atmosphere and good music. A great spot for conversation. The drinks and the food were, dare I, say perfect. There was always someone there to make sure you were taken care of. The Magical Dining deal was more than I could handle! Kabooki is simply a great night out.

Best sushi I have ever had. My only complaint is my stomach was not bigger to try more of the sashimi I had never tried before. My family and I ordered every sushi roll except one. All amazing. The bluefin sashimi is wonderful. For the five of us, with six cocktails between us and the tip, it was $491. Will definitely go back.

Service is great. The roles are a disappointment. Very basic, flavorless, and chewy ?. I would not but the raw fish dishes are on point.
