Kadence is absolutely next-level. The omakase experience here blew me away—every bite was masterfully prepared, fresh, and packed with flavor. The maguro melted in my mouth, the uni was insane, and the sake pairings took it all to another level. The chefs behind the counter were not only insanely talented but also genuinely fun to chat with. Music was bumpin’, the energy was electric, and the whole night felt like a celebration. Can’t wait to go back. Believe the hype.

This is the first and only omakase I’ve been to, and my second Michelin-starred restaurant. First - absolutely worth the star, and IMO, worth two. Mark and Jen were an absolute masterclass in hosting and entertainment. The sushi was leagues higher than anything I’ve had elsewhere, and the tasting courses were invariably delicious.
The price is outrageous and there’s no way around that. But if you have the money to spare, especially for a special occasion, I highly recommend Kadence.

Well, it has taken me way too long to finally make it but I was extra proactive on this trip to my hometown and booked a spot early. What an experience! I can't recommend it enough. I think we had courses coming for something like 3.5 hours. I've done tasting menus before but this was on a whole other level. Mark and Jen were spectacular hosts and Mark had us dying laughing between moments of food induced ecstasy and educational question answering. If you have the chance to make it, I'd say it lives up to the hype for sure.

Kadence is an absolutely exceptional experience. The owners (Mark and Jen) are incredible. Kadence is more than just the food, it's about the experience. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone that loves sushi. Be open to new things when going here, there is so much to enjoy.

I've been wanting to go to Kadence since I heard about it two years ago and finally got a chance to go when I was in town. Food was great and desserts were awesome too! Mark and Jen made the experience fun and enjoyable. We'll be joining them again very soon for their couples sushi class!

100/10 really can’t say enough good things about this place. Wonderful service, sweet Jen, she had me try a sake that was fantastic. They were all so kind this was some of the best omakase experience I’ve ever had. This is what fine dining should be!

Impeccable omakase sushi in an intimate setting. One of Orlando’s nine Michelin-starred venues, minimalist and world-class.

Very mid. Head sushi chef had a bad attitude all night. Much better omakase options in the area.
As the night went on, the chef’s behavior noticeably changed — he seemed increasingly out of it, possibly under the influence.
He started mumbling, swearing, and making disrespectful comments directly to guests. As the evening progressed, he also became more and more agitated, which made the atmosphere tense and unpredictable.
Unfortunately, the food itself was average at best — not enough to make up for the overall discomfort. Definitely not an experience we’d repeat
