Kadence is absolutely next-level. The omakase experience here blew me away—every bite was masterfully prepared, fresh, and packed with flavor. The maguro melted in my mouth, the uni was insane, and the sake pairings took it all to another level. The chefs behind the counter were not only insanely talented but also genuinely fun to chat with. Music was bumpin’, the energy was electric, and the whole night felt like a celebration. Can’t wait to go back. Believe the hype.
This is the first and only omakase I’ve been to, and my second Michelin-starred restaurant. First - absolutely worth the star, and IMO, worth two. Mark and Jen were an absolute masterclass in hosting and entertainment. The sushi was leagues higher than anything I’ve had elsewhere, and the tasting courses were invariably delicious.

Well, it has taken me way too long to finally make it but I was extra proactive on this trip to my hometown and booked a spot early. What an experience! I can't recommend it enough. I think we had courses coming for something like 3.5 hours. I've done tasting menus before but this was on a whole other level. Mark and Jen were spectacular hosts and Mark had us dying laughing between moments of food induced ecstasy and educational question answering. If you have the chance...
