Had a fantastic dining experience at Kalalou Caribbean Bar & Grill in Orlando! The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with authentic Caribbean flavors. The ambiance was lively and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful taste of the Caribbean right here in Orlando. Would highly recommend!

10/10 I’m from Jamaica. Lived in south Florida. And it’s hard finding good Haitian food even Jamaican food! But this is 10/10 man I just found my new Haitian spot to go to when I’m in the mood. I got turkey and my girl got girot. I don’t leave seconds when I eat and I had to leave some for the next day. It lasted my girl 3 days lol

Without a doubt, Kalalou have changed. Not only is the food no longer fresh, but the service is appalling. You can't enter the establishment to place an order for food; you can only do it through the drive-through. In addition to the food being flavorless, the price of the meal is high. Worst experience.

Avoid coming here at all cost. It’s a waste of time. I waited for over 2 hours for 3 plate of food. Just to be told they don’t have no turkey. If you cook your own Haitian food, it will be ready before their food. It’s an inconvenience. A waste of time. Go somewhere else. Time is money.

I took my Indian wife and her cousin to Kalalou restaurant from a recommendation by the parking shuttle driver at the Rosen Center in Orlando, FL. This place didn’t disappoint. Very quaint, semi upscale, and excellent food.

The place is open till 1 am. We sat outside to dine while enjoying a live band. We waited 35 minutes for our food, just for them to bring our Fritay plater in to go plastic plate. Why? It was 10 pm. Might you this is not a club but a dining-in restaurant with a well-sofiscated band. Highly recommend but this madness needs to stop!

The waitress took a long time to take orders and expedite food. Also, rice and beans was cold. when we voiced concerns the waitress had an attitude. There was only two tables with customers. So she should have been able to handle the service. One positive note my fish was amazing.

Me and my family was out there last night and mind you the food was outstanding but our waitress had an attitude from the minute we walked in. Cause of that I will never go back but other than that the food was great.
