The service was terrible..Four of my friends didn't get their food until the other six of my friends were done eating. One of my friends had to eat with plastic silverware while the rest of us had silverware. The jerk chicken was dry. They were out of alot of things on the menu. Water glass was never refilled.. Will not be back ever

It was our first time at Kalalou Caribbean Bar And Grill. From the food to service, I can tell you that we really enjoyed our visit and will definitely come back. The Chef came out and we had to congratulate him on the food. The owner also came by to ensure that we were well taking care of. Good food, good ambiance with the live band playing. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

Give Kalalou a try if you're feeling adventurous. Definitely a change of pace. Lots of exotic flavors and meal options. Check out the menu online. The food is fresh and made from scratch. Do not come if you're in a rush. It takes a while to get a really good homemade Caribbean dinner. Portions are plentiful. More than we could eat. Every dish is flavorful and spicy. Our server was very sweet and explained each dish to us. The restaurant is small and cute. They have a full bar. Kalalou has a lunch menu during the week. They do a brisk take out business too. The patio wasn't open during our visit. You'll like your meal as long as you don't mind spicy. We'd go back.
