Superb tasting mint chocolate shake!

I don't really want to go back because the men that work. There are boys. The hours are posted on the door and they have no idea what time they close. They don't even know their telephone number. It's posted on the door I think that's a very poor way to run the company. The two boys we're not empowered

The ice cream here is so good! They are very generous in their portions.

Looking for new places to try ice cream, we found this place. Very busy on a Sunday evening. Parking can be a problem when busy. We had someone double park in front of us and we had to wait for them to finish and leave. The ice cream itself is pretty amazing we couldn't choose between the flavors, so we ordered the flight. You get a scoop of 6 different flavors for $14. Very much worth it. Our favorite was the salted caramel and the banana pudding. Next time we'll probably do the same since there's more flavors we didn't try. The flavors are bold the texture is smooth and just overall really good. Will definitely make this our to go ice cream place.

This place is hidden in what it seems to be a residential area. We got there a close to their closing time but what we purchased was delicious. All their ice creams are made by them. We tried the Mexican chocolate ice cream, pistachio, and one that is a seasonal ice cream called coquito!!!! And let me tell you this one is over the top delicious. Yes, we liked it and yes we are going again.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Kelly’s and I’m a frequent customer. The staff was closing up way before time to close. I was trying to check out the new flavors instead of sticking to my regular choice, when one of the workers was going to help me further up the line. I was like hold on I wanted to check out this months flavors when a female worker that had on a jacket so you can’t see her name tag and pink Kelly’s hat was super rude. She told me “he will help you down there” in a really annoyed tone and when i explained I was trying to check out the new flavors said sighed, rolled her eyes then said “the flavors are listed up there and behind you”. I felt super rushed and like they just wanted us out, even though we were the only customers in there. Super disappointing the staff use to be so friendly, now they just make you feel like an unwanted bother.

This is a great place to get some good ice cream and the people working behind the counter are very hard working individuals and deserve a tip every time. The only downside is the parking.

Kelly’s has a special place in our hearts! We go 2-3x a month. The ice cream is high quality and you get what you pay for. We have too many favorite flavors to list, but I want to personally shout out to any of the monthly flavors that have been dark chocolate based; there is nothing better to cure a bad day than the chocolatiest of chocolates, and this is that! (I’m looking at you cosmic brownie and German chocolate cake!) Here is a roundup of all the locations our family of 5 has tried: Maitland 11/10 - Our favorite location. Always great service from Andy, the freshest waffle cones/bowls, and always has all the flavors in stock. Ample parking and seating indoors and nearby outdoors to suit your fancy. Consistently perfect! Ferncreek 9/10 - The ice cream is great, and the outdoor area is adorable. Parking is a little rough but it’s a historic area and understandable. Horizon West 10/10 - Stellar waffle cones/bowls, special products, and the best indoor seating. Winter Park 7/10 - A little cramped and no indoor seating, but when the weather is nice the outdoor area is cute! Special shout out for the oatmeal creme pie flavor only available here. Waffle bowls tend to be stale. Winter Garden 9/10 - Extremely friendly service and fresh waffle bowls, we just wish it was a standalone for easier access and less crowding. Hunter’s Creek 7/10 - Stale waffle cones and less than fresh ice cream, but we love the ample parking, wide variety, and proximity to our home away from home. Sanford 5/10 - The only disappointment we’ve had trying so many locations. Waffle cones so stale you can bend them like rubber, and the unfriendly coffee shop staff manning the ice cream counter unwilling to make fresh cones. Ice cream itself is stale and not at all on trend with the Kelly’s brand and stellar reputation. “Sold out” of multiple flavors, and one case has a broken light and door. Just seems like this location doesn’t get the same TLC as the rest.
