Me and my wife came too the drive thru 10/22 at 9:38pm after being ignored at the intercom we pulled up to the window mind you there are 3 cars behind us now also inline I mean why wouldn't you be the store doesn't close for 20 more minutes upon pulling up to the window we witnessed two employees young African American female and male standing together on there phones laughing about not taking the orders me and my wife both work in food services and know that closing early usually means immediate termination I hope KFC gets better employees you definitely lost out on at least 4 cars worth of sales do better!

I ordered the 3 pc Chicken Big Box -- 2 breasts and a wing, with fries and mashed potatoes as my sides, plus a Mountain Dew. I took advantage of the buy 1, get 1 free deal, so I got one for myself and one for my brother.
The food itself was great. Everything came hot and fresh -- the chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy, just how I like it. The fries were golden and had a nice crunch, and the mashed potatoes with gravy were creamy and flavorful. My brother enjoyed his meal too, so no complaints on the food side at all.
The only issue I had was with the delivery. The driver was acting like she couldn't find parking, clearly just trying to avoid coming upstairs. I ended up going down to get it myself, which kind of defeated the whole point of ordering delivery.
Other than that, everything was on point. The food hit the spot, the portion size was solid, and that buy 1, get 1 free deal made it totally worth it.
Would definitely order again -- just hoping next time the delivery driver puts in a little more effort.

I waited over 30min for a classic sandwich. The lady taking the orders is the same that goes out to deliver order at the parking lot. This store doesn’t have enough Staff to offer a decent service to their customers. Very bad! Do not go there!
I just had the nicest experience visiting this KFC location. Not only was the restaurant clean the staff was phenomenal. They made my order fresh and with a smile. I will definitely be back.

This location is horrible. I went to get lunch for my two grandkids that were sleeping in the car and the drive-thru lady was super rude I placed my order she confirmed and then said I have to go inside and order. I asked her went and she said because they are doing shift change. I told her well I cannot go side due to my two sleeping grand kids in the back. She said well I still have to drive around I told her I did not mind waiting she said no I can’t wait it going to mess up her time. I don’t understand you are still making me wait so you want me to drive around which takes 30 seconds instead of just letting me wait at the drive-thru. I have waited at the drive-thru several times because they are out of food and it is still cooking but today they did not want me to wait but go inside or drive around it made no scene they need better Managment st this location don’t go here they are absolutely horrible.
