I'm going to stop going here. Every single time I go, I have regrets!Good rated a 1 star because how would I know what it tastes like?Haven't eat all day and need something to now? Don't bother with the drive threw here. Ordered a bowl and a coleslaw. They gave me no way to eat it. You couldn't spring for the foon or spork? The meal was useless without it and I'll remain hungry until I can get home in another few hours. Hopefully my blood sugar doesn't drop too low.Thanks for nothing.

The chiken no have the flavor like Kentucky is , and the guy in the deive truh is very bad costumer services the chiken flavor is like pre fry chiken again to much

I ordered the eight-piece chicken meal for $26.99. he gave me my total of 29 something and it's kind of caught off-guard by that . I thought maybe the tax went up significantly. I got the receipt only to see that the price went up to $27.49. I spoke to the manager and he said that they must have just went up the $0.50 that day. I told him that it's false advertisement if he kept the price of $26.99 on the board. He was very nice about it and said he would take it down and put the correct price up. If corporate sees this I would like you to know that you need to let your managers know that the price goes up before any customers see the difference. I should not have had to call and let him know that there was a price difference.

I went through drive-thru and asked for a dark chicken with my meal and they gave me all white and one little chicken leg. They give you what they want because they know you will be gone soon driving through. Chicken was very dry like it was sitting there a long time. Macaroni and cheese does not taste the same anymore, very bland. Thank God I bought extra biscuits because that's what I had for dinner biscuits and honey that they did not give me my honey either but I had some at home. Haven't been here in 2 years because watching my weight, I guess that's a good thing because I won't be going back because they're chicken sucks and they give you what they want not what you want

Although the dining room is unfavorable and this location is almost always closed, their new 20 fill up box is worth your money! Flavorful and juicy chicken & chicken nuggets, fluffy biscuits, and a side (fries or 2 individual sides) makes for the perfect meal for 2+ people.Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic doors, but handicap tables and parkin available
People are super nice honest trustworthy people! Great food quality and quantity and super yummy! Great for kids! Everyone was real sweet and my daughter enjoyed the attention from workers and loved their pirate statue and shark head! Also dropped $3 earlier. Happened to come back in for a drink refill and they returned my $3 letting me know I dropped it earlier. Will most definitely returned to this establishment! It's truly amazing to still have people like them around today!

I don't know what is going on at this location but something needs to be done. I ordered with Doordash and had to cancel after the driver called and let me know they were standing around and not doing anything as she waited. Then decided to drive up there and the drive through was at a standstill with people waiting for food. Then the car in front of me gets their order and apparently everything was wrong because they gave back the order and they started yelling. Where are the managers!!!!!

Honestly I understand that they are just working but management needs to do better best believe your waiting at least 2 hours before you get anything and hopefully everything is in the bag when you get it so always have to make sure when you leave.

The service here is WONDERFUL! My son is in a cast and is trying to do things with his non dominant hand. With that comes accidents. He dropped his food. I was fully prepared to order him more food, however, one of the staff lady’s was here and already getting another meal prepared for him. Wonderful service, loving staff!

Idk if she was the manager or not but my me and my mom ordered food in the drive through in the window was opened in we could here them talking bad about people in saying rude things to other employees ? and also when ever we asked for extra condiments they would give us attitude they chicken in the inside was pink the food was half done the fries taste stale there was this one nice lady who used to work at the drive through I remember her name Stephanie a good employee until this day all the other ones at the drive through are just re and nasty people ?
