I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. The guy at the window was extremely rude wasn’t even welcoming and I didn’t receive any sauce, utensils, or napkins with my order. This really affected the quality of my visit.

Lego Flow

Dirty unhygienic place with old chicken; Two women serving were so slow and basically everything has been sitting in warmers for hours, both myself and my son ate but wife didn’t and we were both sick the next day.
Avoid we place is dirty.

We’re from Manchester, England and this was the BEST KFC we’ve had in a long time!
It was Fast, Fresh and Hot and the workers we’re so happy to help.
Big shout out to the 2 ladies we spoke to, one being the GM you work so hard and clearly run a tight ship cause it shows. Also shout out to the man from the kitchen in the red shirt I had a problem at the drink station and ended up with the wrong drink this guy purposely got me a fresh drink from the back to ensure I got what I wanted ( he should defo go for manager)
A little goes a long way.

Dining is supposed to be open while drive thru is supposed to be closed. Instead the workers refused indoor service at 11pm to us. We had walked 2 miles after seeing it was open for restaurant sitdown only.

Absolutely awful service…. If you want southern hospitality don’t go looking for it here! Staff had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen, she was rude & apathetic. Food itself was just as disappointing, no thighs, no drums, no Mac and cheese, no nothin, half the menu wasn’t available
