I waited over 20 minutes from my food. It was still incorrect. The employees are lazy as all get out for employees behind the counter and they were just standing around talking with a whole line. They need to fire rehired some people. This is ridiculous.

I understand that fast food companies don't give a rats ass about their employees. When you have a single person fulfilling 8 orders, another one in the drive thru and the one running the place currently is on her damn phone and not helping. You are going to get people mad and take it out on the employees. Not only do the customers suffer from a mismanaged location. The employees getting put on blast because of incompetent managers. Get someone new to lead this location. Its desperately needed.

As a loyal KFC customer, I’m extremely disappointed with both the app and the service at this location. The experience has become completely unacceptable. The staff at 10825 East Colonial Dr (Store #28317) clearly don’t care about providing good service or treating customers with basic respect.

Orders are often wrong, the wait times are ridiculous, and no one seems to take responsibility or show any concern when issues are brought up. For loyal customers like myself, it’s frustrating to see how far the service has fallen.

KFC really needs to take immediate action to fix this location and hold the management accountable. This kind of experience pushes loyal customers away.

Just had a negative experience at the kfc on east colonial. I loved this kfc and expected more than I received. I ordered a 4pc kfc meal and got the free chicken sandwich. When I checked my order, there was a tiny piece of very old chicken in my 4 pc. The size of my thumb nail. I brought it back through drive thru and was told that's not how the world works when I asked for another piece of chicken. I mentioned to her that I am a loyal customer and to please just let me have another piece. She shrugged her shoulders and said no. I asked her if not replacing an inferior piece of chicken was worth a guest issue, she just shrugged her shoulders. She was a teenager and I just laughed and left. But, when I got home, the chicken sandwich was old and dry without any sauce. That was the breaking point i threw everything in the trash. I'll never be back!!!!

Me, wife , daughter spent $33, no fried chicken originalor crispy, waited 35 minutes for food. All soda machines flavored syrup, no utensils! Manager was only working drive thru completely ignoring all people and her own employees that where struggling them selves. When I finally received my for after 40 minutes, it was someone else's order!

Extremely Disappointed with This KFC Location

This was honestly one of the worst KFC experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were completely unprofessional no courtesy, no sense of urgency, and it felt like they didn’t care at all about the customers. My order took forever, and when I finally got it, the chicken was greasy, overcooked, and had a weird taste. It looked like it had been sitting out for a while.

If this is how they handle their food and service, it’s a real shame for the KFC brand. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location again.

Update 10/4/25:
So I ordered online, when I get there, it was raining really bad so I asked by drive thru if they can dispense my order by that way. Incredibly, the asked me to get in inside since I ordered online. I'm sure that that never happen with the competition.... Really bad service and lack of empathy.

Never have a problem with orders, they prepare food faster than other places...

So I came to this kfc yesterday I placed my order said it would be ready 5-15 mins I wait go through the drive through only to be told I have to wait another 15 mins as annoyed as I was I waited went back through the drive through and they have the nerve to tell me to wait another 10-15 mins waiting 45 mins for 2 chicken littles and a famous bowl is ridiculous then the manager gets on and only escalates the whole situation I winded up never getting my food or my rewards points I spent back (750) I will never go here again a week prior to this situation I placed a online order of 29$ only to wait a hour for my food because they were saying the same thing I had to wait 10 -15 mins for tenders , tenders don’t take 15 mins to cook then the drive through guy says atleast the food is going to be fresh I get home and nothing was fresh at all kfc needs to either shut this store down or put in new employees with new management that actually know what they are doing it seems there’s incompetent little kids working here that don’t care about giving the customer a good dining experience and this is coming from

After a long day of painting the exterior of my house I don’t know why I was just craving fried chicken so bad. I couldn’t decide between Popeyes or KFC because I haven’t eaten either one of them in probably over five years but I had to go with KFC because I know the name.

The girl working the window that night was super friendly and really nice. There was pretty much no wait time which is great.

My only gripe is the portion sizes for the sides are unbelievably small. You can pile drive through the little dish of macaroni and cheese with two big bites, which is really kind of ridiculous.

For the 17 or so dollars that I spent there, I really was expecting a decent amount of food and the fact that I really wasn’t that full when I left it’s kind of wild because if you spent $17 at most fast food places you’re gonna be stuffed afterwards.

Anyways, next time I’m craving fried chicken I’ll probably try Popeyes

I brought a 8piece bucket with coleslaw biscuits and mashed potatoes. It was horrible the chicken was not good, this was on Friday 8/29/25, my friend also brought the same meal 29.00 and change, she called the manager and went and picked up a new meal on Sunday. I was done with the chicken did not want it and threw it out
