Turn around and go anywhere but here. After ordering, we took everything out of the bag on the counter to make sure it was correct. It was far from that. We were told we ordered medium drinks, which is what we were given. I told them no we ordered and paid for large. With an attitude, the receipt was printed because I wasn’t given one, and sure enough we ordered large. The food was only half correct. Also with an attitude, the manager took both full bags back and tried to correct it. Of course the containers were only half full. I guess that’s what we get for wanting a correct portion and food that we actually did order. The place is filthy. Nobody wears gloves. I saw the fingers go in the containers and saw one employee behind the fryers licking his fingers. It’s your money but I’ll be spending it elsewhere. We were not greeted or thanked. Very filthy too!!!

I hate this KFC location, no wonder is always EMPTY it’s close to my house only reason why I go there. The staff is always in bad mood like they’re doing you a favor, take forever to get orders ready, even if you order for pick up and give them extra time , and on top always something wrong with your order!!! I just got my order and as you can see chicken is not fully cooked and my sandwich had so much sauce, it was a soggy mess. WOULD STOP GOING BACK!!!

A year ago that Kentucky was good, but I do not know what happened now it sucks a lot, it's dirty place, the roof plan has fungi, the employees look their dirty uniforms and they are not friendly, nor helpful, outside the place the gardening is lost next to the plants and palms and weed in the stones what an embarrassment for El Coronel.

I stopped going out to eat just because of places like this one. they have on the menu a pot pie deal it comes with 2 apple pie poppers and a drink didn’t get the apple pies a came back to let them know and the no customer service representative said they don’t have that anymore then why is the sign still up I’m done.

I see bare feet proped up on a edge of a counter out back...? I wouldn't have come in except the wait was exceptionally long at the drive thru (2 cars) and it was empty inside...just bad all around.

He got upset because he acted like he couldn't hear me through his speaker so I raised my voice so he could hear me. Do not go to this place. Every other customer says bd things about them. Mold everywhere as soon you open the door you can even smelled, sadly I couldn't go away bc I was on a 30 min lunch break, this place should be visited by the health department, I cant imagine what does the actual kitchen is on areas that arent visible from the counter. Even the Ice machine has mold.

Hello. I am currently at your KFC and I am very dissatisfied with the service. For customers without cars, the order has not been given out — I’ve been waiting for half an hour already. Cars keep coming and are served quickly, while people inside are left without attention. This is very unpleasant and unfair.

The staff was dismissive. They kept directing clients to the kiosk for ordering. Then when we did order and you needed something they would have us wait at the counter. They have 2 people working the entire place. When I asked for condiments they said you have to request it with your order and that they charge for ketchup! The chicken was also not crispy it was an odd mix of original and crispy.
