We just bought 3 boxes of chicken with a biscuit and mashed potatoes. My chicken was raw and the batter was oozing out. The biscuit was also raw I ate two bites and it was basically dough. My first time there and it was a disaster. Never going back shoulda got Publix chicken always good hot and fresh and if there is a problem they fix it with a smile. Tried to call kfc to complain they hung up on me then I went to voicemail smdh! Never going back

Pulled up at 9:02pm Wednesday evening to an empty parking lot. Went through the drive and was greeted with someone coughing through the speaker 🔊. Now I've worked at fast food and you have to push the button to allow outsiders to hear. She could have waited to greet after she hacked all through the speaker. Never will I return and it's sad people are this lazy during close time that they pull stunts like this. I pulled off and went next door to a Wendy's instead.

Today around 2 pm I decided to go with my family to shop at this KFC store in central Florida. When we arrived the place was practically empty. We were greeted by a man with a long black beard and a blue shirt. This man treated us very rudely and not at all friendly, zero empathy. He didn't even care that we were with family to answer all our questions reluctantly, raising his voice or ignoring our queries. Personally, I think it is very unfortunate that having a good product from the brand ruins the entire purchasing experience by placing a person in customer service who is clearly not qualified to serve the public. The rest of the staff also had a behavior of reluctance and annoyance to serve. I will not buy here again even though it is very close to my home and I do not recommend anyone visit that branch.

Employee at the drive through was very rude, she couldn’t understand my order and it was hard to understand what was she saying and keep rushing me even tho we were having a language barrier and i was trying my best to understand her poor english. got mad when i say my order was wrong and it wasn’t her job to check if it was right.
I couldn’t have asked for a “side dish” than the friendly staff and great customer service experience to go with my delicious chicken. From the moment i walked in i could tell the atmosphere was great and that the kitchen staff were under great management by their demeanor, which translated into a great experience overall. Thank you so much! Looking forward to next time!
