Worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. Was pulled to a parking spot to wait for my food. Waited 15 minutes while watching 7-10 cars all get their food before me. Finally just got back in the drive thru line to ask for my food. First worker was really nice and trying his best but there is a lady I see all the time that has the worst attitude about everything. She rolled her eyes at me as I was explaining I’m upset with the wait because my lunch break was ending and I wouldn’t have time to eat. I was told they were waiting on potato wedges but I highly doubt they take 15 minutes to make. I didn’t even get to eat my food so I wish I would have just asked for a refund. Wont be back which is disappointing because I love the mashed potatoes and gravy.

We went around 11:15 PM even though Google Maps said the location closes at 12 AM. The sign already said closed, but the drive-thru still took our order. We waited over 20 minutes, and when we got the food, it was missing the biscuits, the sauces, and one of the pie poppers. When we brought it up, they said they couldn't do anything because they were out of food. So why take the order in the first place? No refund was offered either. Just skip places like this.

Went through the drive thru and was asked to park next to the other 6 cars that were waiting for their orders. We waited over 20 minutes to get our order. Also our order was incorrect and the food was substandard. By far the worst KFC I have been too.
I am so sick of KFC. Nothing ever works right. I tried to get a chicken little through the app with points. First it would let me customize it. I had to Chand the pick up address, and then it wouldn't let me check out. I went out of the app and stopped it, then I went back to it and tried again. It then said that I couldn't put more than two rewards on the same ticket and that I had to order from a different store. So I went inside to see about using my rewards at the counter, and was told that I had to call a number to solve the problem. I'm on the way to a job site for work. I dont have time to deal with all of this. They need to get their shit together.

The chicken is not crispy, they make me wait a lot, the people behind from me got their food first, I complained about the food and didn't want to return my money back, bad attendance. The worst KFC ever
