My experience here today at1:15pm is one of bad customer service.(Real skinny girl has to go)Had to get up of my seat 3 times to ask for what should have been already on my tray cup, fork and butter.They looked disorganized and not wanting to work. Unprofessional atmosphere

This place was absolutely painful to try to get food. I went in to place an order....not one person tried to great or take my order. The guy that was before me was simply asking for plates and he was completely ignored by the woman. I'm assuming the male manager and woman were arguing. I have no idea what language they were speaking. They didn't have the sauce I wanted. I was made to place an order on the kiosk but seemed irritated when I wanted to pay cash. The whole ordeal took forever. The manager was ok but this place is MISERABLE.

The management team here needs some training especially when they it comes to forgetting items in drive thru and you go back and tell them they don't seem to care.

Visited about 9:45pm after leaving SeaWorld. They asked us to pull forward in front of the building after we paid, there was no one behind us. We waited over half an hour for 3 pieces of chicken, a side and 8 nuggets. And we got no utensils for the side of potatoes. Ridiculous.
