The Manager on duty on august thirty first 2025 at the night was extra rude . And gave me a hassel about some sauce. TAKE THE SQUEEZE BOTTLE AND SQUEZZE IT IN TO THE TOGO RAMICON . Dont work in fast food if u dont want to serve others. And he didnt give me my card back i had to go back and get it who knows what scam he has running -Respectfully upset customer

Worlds slowest KFC ever recorded. No sense of urgency. They don't close until 11pm yet the doors were locked at 10pm and despite my knocking on their door they refused to answer the door and were standing around on their phones laughing and ignoring me. Honestly I wasn't aware the hours changed. Least not according to what's posted on their doors. Even in drive thru it took 20 mins for them to even answer me

No sauce after paying extra for specific sauces and spending 48$ on a meal window greeter was nice noted all our sauces but never got a single sauce or straw we got 4 napkins tho

I got the sticky chicky nuggets and 2 plain large mashed potatoes so delicious I high recommend this location those items sticky chicky sauce honey mustard comeback sauce buffalo sauce and KFC sauce

6/11/25 - 1st visit to this store. They have gone to placing orders via a kiosk, so it takes a little time to scroll through the options to find what you want. While they prefer payment via credit/ debit/gift card, they will take cash at the register. Portion sizes are smaller, and costs are higher (so what rise is new??) Store was clean and staff was very nice. Slyly suffer that they have a staff member positioned at the kiosk to help folks with ordering. While I was ordering, there was a gentleman who gave up and walked out because he couldn't figure out the kiosk.

Let's start from the fact that I don't know if they know that the oil they use for frying must be changed after a certain amount of time. Sometimes when it is used, the chicken is not eaten and it tastes like used oil, thus giving it a horrible flavour, moral of the story? I had to throw it in the bin.

I placed a to go order on the app when I arrived my order was ready and that was where it all went wrong. My chicken sandwich was basically a breaded piece of shoe leather it immediately went into the trash. Everything was cold the fries soggy half cooked. My saucy nuggets out of the 8 maybe half of them didn't get spit directly into a napkin and tossed away all rubbery and over cooked. Thankfully my tenders weren't as bad as everything else but still bad. I've been traveling and my dog hasn't been eating so I grabbes the tenders to throw into her dry food so she'd eat even she wasn't impressed. The employee didn't even acknowledge i was at the counter so I just grabbed my order out of the to go box and walked back to the hotel. I'd give negative stars for the food if I could and for the poor customer service I was literally the only person in there should have been an indication or what my so called meal was going to be like.
