This place never has anything cooked and you'll have to wait at least 20 minutes ever time i go its the same thing, I understand slow service but to never have food ready?

Store does not care. 2 nights in a row. Sauces not delivered and it was always Doordashes fault. Then stop using them!!!! Thru with this store. First driver left due to food not ready. They still blamed her for not being willing to wait on fries after more than 30 minutes according to the manager.

Service is very bad. Staffs or unprofessional , this is my second visit and on both occasions staff mess up my order and act as if they didn't want to change it and give me what I paid for. hats cannot protect hair from getting into food. They need to wear hairmess .hair must be fully covered for proper hygiene.

Literally used the drive through intercom to tell me that I had to come inside to place an order. For no reason.
Then when I did go inside (even tho it was a massive waste of time on my lunch break) the floor was greasy as hell. I literally could feel my shoes sliding. Just gross. Not going back.

Chicken was good, but atmosphere wasn’t the best. And the bathrooms had a lost key or so , so if someone wanted to visit or had an emergency, it would be a terrible scene. That was my only problem there… apart from that, everything should be fine.

I went on my break to get a Famous bowl and what I receive was a famous soup. Being on my break I didn’t have time to go back to return it.
This place need to be shut down as soon as possible got horrible experience while ordering here both in person and on the app, (decided to give them the second chance)i order on the uber eat app at 9pm something and the store accepted my order while they don’t have anything anymore and waited until my uber guy get there to tell him they out of chicken at 10:15. Suck to work there don’t you think? Better find some where else job to work more professional and learn more hospitality. I’m just hungry and too tired to go out and drive so that’s why I’m order on the app. But still, horrible service and those guys work just to get the money from hourly pay, no respect for the brand. Find better job to work might help improve cooking and service skill.

I ordered my food at 4:17 she told me about 16 mins I have went in twice to check the status at 4:55 and my food still wasn’t ready. They are sitting around in the lobby with someone sitting in there with a blanket on then she tells me the sides I order they don’t have so I can get double Mac I said ok then they stated that will be ten minutes. They need to do better.
