If I could rate 0 stars I would. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes to take my order, that never got took btw, then I would have went into a fine dining restaurant. The guy that was taking my order sounded dead inside didn’t even apologize for the wait his attitude sucked bad. In the middle of taking my order we asked for a second because they ran out of the option we wanted just to get told to hold on some more we had to go to a new location. This is insane. Don’t waste your time coming here the rating is 2.7 stars for a reason probably lower after this complaint.

This location only had legs & thighs on a Sunday evening 5 pm. There was also extended wait times for everything including chicken tenders, 20 minutes minimum on every order. Customers were waiting in the very small lobby as well as in their cars in the parking lot for 20-30 min for carryout. This is NOT fast food.

First time here.Very races with latin people.They make me feel so bad and my family also a hispanic couple who was there with her three child's. The lady's made us wait one hour 15 minutes and the other Hispanic couple was there first than us.I asked the couple how long they was waiting and they told long time and they wait because they was hungry and the kids. when I came and they They told us that they have no chicken ready and we saw that they gave the food only to the black people at the windows service.A black man came inside and they gave him the food.I stand and ask the lady why they was doing that and the all laugh.A corporate manager need to see this message because in front God we all are the same.And they need God in their hearts.

This place never has anything cooked and you'll have to wait at least 20 minutes ever time i go its the same thing, I understand slow service but to never have food ready?

Store does not care. 2 nights in a row. Sauces not delivered and it was always Doordashes fault. Then stop using them!!!! Thru with this store. First driver left due to food not ready. They still blamed her for not being willing to wait on fries after more than 30 minutes according to the manager.

Staffs or unprofessional , this is my second visit and on both occasions staff mess up my order and act as if they didn't want to change it and give me what I paid for. hats cannot protect hair from getting into food. They need to wear hairmess .hair must be fully covered for proper hygiene.
