They said they needed to hold of on my order and couldnt do it at the moment because i had a 12 piece meal and they had a lot of orders and coming in and inside in loby. Now im not sure how your manager makes the store money with those kind of employees. Make sure you count your production better through the day and that wont happen. Specially on a friday nightt!!!

I am a long time customer and this is the KFC we choose to go to it is a little farther away but Well Worth it the food is ALWAYS GREAT and the people that work there are especially pleasant every time and there is any issues which have only been one time they resolve with smiles and kindness. I am a person that likes to let Everyone know when I meet people that go Above and Beyond what they need to do I give a Great Big Shout-out to Mrs Johala (manager), Mrs. Ebony (manager), and Last But Not Least Mrs Kamya(team me) are Truly what it meanss to be Great People Thank you may corporate should recognize the great work they do

They not only don't know how to prepare for a dinner rush, they sacrifice quality on top of it. If someone didn't take a bite out of this chicken, they consciously cooked sold and served an obviously subpar piece that should have been thrown in the trash.

Slippery floors in lobby(someone is not mopping correctly). Employees are non-welcoming, on their phones and no sense of urgency. Looking into the kitchen area you are able to see greasy, dirty floors. Greasy and dirty appliances. They do not change their gloves. They touch everything with the same gloves; money, food, brooms. Even their own uniform. It is disgusting.

I arrived at this KFC at 10:30. They tell me it’s not opening until another 15 or 20 minutes because they’re waiting on chicken. Poor planning and very unprofessional . The outside of this place is horrible. Trash all over the place.

I was just short-changed 51 cents without even a heads-up. I get it, since the pandemic every restaurant wants to round up to the nearest dollar. However, if I come in one day expecting a 51 cent discount, I’ll be faced with laughter.So it only goes one way. You can jip me out of my hard-earned money either because you’re too lazy to provide adequate change or you pool everyone’s change for the day and tip yourselves.Either way, it’s not ethical and if you come to this restaurant and want to pay cash, beware… You may be short-changed.
