I ordered 16 pieces of extra crispy 2 mashed potatoes 2 coleslaws 1 large fry and a pot pie and a soda spending over $60 with this company I got 16 pieces of original chicken 2 coleslaws, 1 potato, no pot pie, no soda, a small French fry, and absolutely no biscuits. It's a shame this one was just built and already making messed up orders called and the employee wanted to argue and be rude. I even reached out to the corporate office and still have never heard anything back from them. It is quite obvious that KFC does not care about customer care, quality control, or handling customer complaints. Will not be back even though this is a new one won't be back.

The worst KFC experience of my life. The food wasn’t even good, but also, the employees didn’t speak any English, even though we are in the USA. They messed up my order twice. Horrible.

I came in on a Tuesday waiting for the 8pcs for $10.00, the store was out of chicken and was only selling tenders at the time. The cashier ensured that I was told the chicken would be ready in 20mins. The store was very busy, inside and drive thru due to the Tuesday special. The employees did an excellent job of serving and satisfying everyone in the store as well as the drive thru and also deliveries were taken care of as well. I Just wanted to give thanks to people displaying awesome abilities while working under pressure

DO NOT COME HERE! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!! I can’t event sit in the parking lot (in my personal vehicle) and (on my personal cell phone) without 2 he/she’s coming out to harass you. I was in the parking lot for less than an hr. Should be ashamed of yourself! KFC does not pay you all that much to harass people that’s not even bothering you nor are you their security. You’re in customer service! Leave people alone and get to work!

Omg. Air conditioner is not working. There’s a big fan which is not even effective. Staff are nice. Food is ok. But I just can’t even breathe inside here. There are people sitting right in front of that big fan which blocks the only air circulation. Inside is hot. Outside is hotter. I’m my sure hope I can eat my lunch. Disastrous.

I ordered today for the first time, April 7, 2025. 25 minutes later I arrived at the restaurant for pickup up. The drive thru cashier can't find my order, she instructed me to park and come inside the restaurant. After show her my order from my cellphone app she finally found my order. The reason I ordered for pickup was because I don't wanted to get inside the restaurant. Next time I will go next door to Popeye's where I'm sure they will help me on the drive thru. Common sense, if I placed the order for drive thru pickup is for a reason...🤔
