I gave 5 stars due to the fact that the customer service towards me is always great. Now, here's my complaint, whoever is in charge of the schedule for the chicken to be cooked is either trying to save by not putting down enough or are just not paying attention. This is my 3rd time not being able to buy anything for this reason (no chicken at 11am) again. 99% of staff are great
This was our second visit to this restaurant and both times everything was perfect. We had almost given up on KFC but this location cares about the customer. The food was hot,fresh and delicious. Thank you!

This location just recently opened, I placed an order in the drive through and when I got home their was a hiccup with my order, I called the store and spoke with Kendra the manager and not only did she make things right she went above and beyond! What great service! Thank you Kendra!
