I came in on a Tuesday waiting for the 8pcs for $10.00, the store was out of chicken and was only selling tenders at the time. The cashier ensured that I was told the chicken would be ready in 20mins. The store was very busy, inside and drive thru due to the Tuesday special. The employees did an excellent job of serving and satisfying everyone in the store as well as the drive thru and also deliveries were taken care of as well. I Just wanted to give thanks to people displaying...
I gave 5 stars due to the fact that the customer service towards me is always great. Now, here's my complaint, whoever is in charge of the schedule for the chicken to be cooked is either trying to save by not putting down enough or are just not paying attention. This is my 3rd time not being able to buy anything for this reason (no chicken at 11am) again. 99% of staff are great
This was our second visit to this restaurant and both times everything was perfect. We had almost given up on KFC but this location cares about the customer. The food was hot,fresh and delicious. Thank you!
