*NO* chicken prepared at 6:30 pm….i ordered at the kiosk no one told me the wait would be almost 40 minutes.
Not to mention only taking cash at the drive thru and you have to go inside.
No one wants to waste their evening standing at KFC.
Just drive to the next location.

Horrible!!! After eating there I ended up in the hospital, the food was sure that the chicken was not cooked and the employees were not!! There was no one I had to wait about 15 minutes to be attended to while one employee was hiding in the back and the other was outside at the exit smoking!! Never go.

Ordered take out through Uber eats, It had been awhile since I’ve had KFC but was I very disappointed! First of all, what were suppose to be chicken strips had to be chicken fingers. That were old and looked over cooked. I ordered one side and they sent an entirely different side. The only reason they got two stars for me is because their coleslaw and their biscuits are still pretty good. KFC you need to do better because we know you’re not lowering your prices for giving Us the mess that Your serving as opposed to what we’re asking for.
FYI- I tried again today at a different location, which was at 5808 CinderLane Parkway And it was amazingly worse than the first order that I got Friday. The fries were old, hard and stale. I ordered chicken strips again and they gave me chicken fingers or something. It was absolutely horrible. I won’t waste my time or my money with KFC again..
