Who in the hell will go into a chicken place, and get a pot pie and tacos? I did and I'm going to tell you what it was awesome. Had to wait for the pot pie because they're didn't want to give me one that was cool down I got one that was brand new and hot. And the tacos were great

This place is absolutely terrible, will never spend my money here again. I ordered food from this location and they never gave my driver the food so I had to order again but couldn't switch locations and they still wouldn't give us our food. I will never spend money here even if it was the last restaurant open in the world. All the workers do is goof off in here and show no type of respect.

I had a very upsetting experience at this KFC location. From the moment I walked in, I could tell something was off — the staff were polite to others but dismissive and rude toward me. It honestly felt like I was being treated differently because of who I am, and that kind of behavior is unacceptable anywhere, especially in a restaurant that’s supposed to serve everyone equally.
To make things worse, my food order was wrong, and when I tried to politely get it corrected, I was met with attitude instead of understanding. I left feeling disrespected and embarrassed. I hope KFC takes this seriously and provides better training for their employees on treating every customer with fairness and respect.

How do you have watery bbg sauce. If you're going to advertise dipped chicken, it needs to look like the photo on the menu.
I will say, the buffalo dipping sauce was really good though. Please make sure the dipped chicken is the way it use to be, nice and thick. I wanted to enjoy this.

Unfortunately I shouldn’t even give a star. When my husband and I first walked in my husband noticed that the cook had left a whole rack of chicken just sitting out, so my husband asked the manager James about our order because we had been standing there for a minute and I had let the manager know that my husband was worried about the chicken sitting out like that, the manager James proceeded to say oh your order isn’t coming out of that batch anyway with attitude , so the cook still grabbed the rack of chicken and put it in the warmer without the manager saying nothing about it to the cook. So now our order is ready and we get home just to find what we was trying to prevent a bug in our Cole slaw. My husband was very disappointed and we will not be going back to this locations posting the video since I can’t post it here.

Unfortunately, I can’t make this review without a star. Fast food is not what this place provides. The slowest kfc/tacobell I have ever been to. If you want a quick trip to keep going on the road do not, and i warn you, do NOT consider this place. 30 minutes I waited for my food, in a fast food. There was nobody inside the store, its 9:51pm? The food was delicious, though I had to reminder the cashier to give me my drinks, and they were at the window. I also had to reminder she was taking my order, she would just stop, give me one second (3mins) and I had to call her back! twice! 🧚🏽♀️🫨
If I was to sum this place up in one word I'd say very typical. If you live in the area you know what I mean. For those who don't there very lazy at this location customer service depends on if there in the mood. You go to drive thru expect to wait even if there aren't any customers in the drive thru. Drive the extra mile and save yourself the stress.

I went on my lunch break and ordered a 3 piece combo. They they told me it was gonna be a few minutes for the food. Food came out great. They explained to me. They only had one fryer working at the time and they were able to communicate that and give me friendly service and for the first time I have to give it up to the girls that work there because they’re doing a great job. Because i got bad service and now its coming arround.

Went to the restaurant last night to order food and the lazy cook and cashier refused to fry anymore chicken 40mins before closing. Lied and said they were out of spicy wings. I Asked more questions and then she admitted they have wings but don't feel like taking the frozen wings out smh. This location needs to hire a new staff because yall just losing money and staff just sitting on yall clock.

This has to be the worst KFC I’ve ever went to. Pulled up at 10pm a hour before close. Went to the door and was told to go to drive thru, wait in drive thru for 10mins nothing. Pull around and dude is outside. He says come back around and I will have them serve you. Wait again for 5 mins and the so called manager(Trey) comes up and says they closed and ran outta chicken. Trey then tells me to call corporate and they won’t do anything.
