The food was terrible. It looked like it was sitting the entire day my roommate and I were hungry so we ended up eating it but the skin was super dry and the meat was dry as well. Tried calling and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Got a mobile order and I order from here all the time.

Just came here to buy food and the employees where so rude for no reason we did a mobile order so we went through the drive through to get our order they told us it’s not ready come inside an mind you it’s been like 20m at this point so my BF goes inside to get it and we had ordered some cranberry drinks they offer in the app and she looked at my bf all mean because he asked for the drinks cause she just gave him the food without drinks to then her say oh those drinks are only when u come through the drive through and just stared at him and gave him 2 empty cups…. Smh when she was the one who sent us in to grab our food.. anyways!!!! I know it’s not easy to work with food I’ve done it my self but I wouldn’t recommend coming here they were all attitude and just rude who know how they handle the food….

In a long time since I've been to KFC. Ordered an original all breasts three-piece meal didn't mind that I had to pay extra because it was all breast but let me tell you it was piping hot and the chicken was fat meaning that there was a lot of meat on the breast

I was in this store and as soon as I walked in the manager was shouting at the staff.
So I placed my order. The manager handed me the wrong order. So I went to warn her that it was wrong and she started shouting at me.
So I told her not to shout at me because I'm a customer. And she couldn't shout at me.
I apologized to the cashier who had nothing to do with it.
The food was great but the manager needs to be trained. She is clearly not prepared to be a manager.

First says come inside when tried drive through. I wanted to order 8 piece chicken only. They tell me the only have wings and thighs ready in original recipe. I say okay give me all wings. He says I will have to charge you al la cart for each piece and not as an 8 piece. Why? You are the one that doesn't have all the chicken ready. F them! Left out and will never come back!

Terrible service, I felt that the employees were charging me too much and when I asked them for the receipt, the one who was charged started looking for it and when she couldn't find it, she told me that the printer wasn't working, then another one came with an angry attitude and I asked her the receipt to corroborate what he charged me and he told me that he couldn't give me the receipt because he didn't have the receipt paper and throwing it away he closed the window in my face and left, no establishment can deny the customer his receipt, I think that these employees They are charging extra money from clients and then keeping it for themselves. To make matters worse, the sides that I ordered were not even full. The first and last time I shop at this KFC
