I was charged around $40 dollars for a family meal bucket with 2 sides and then later I saw a TV comercial that said $19.99 for that meal I got. I feel I got robbed.

I'm writing mostly for the service. I enjoy KFC generally anywhere I go, but ordering today (1/13/24) I received the most wonderful and sincere service from an employee going through the drive through. The employee verified my order politely and professionally, and she also anticipated my potential needs with the items I ordered. I wish I had a name to go with this review, but hopefully this review will be seen by management and will give her some recognition. She is doing customer service the right way! And this is coming from someone who worked at a Forbes rated hotel for many years.

While the service was fast and kind, the food hot, the bowls we got we 90% mashed potatoes maybe 1 chicken tender chopped up with a tinkle of cheese and corn and a normal gravy. KFC has shrunk there food and raised their prices in a time when ppl have less money to do more. Ciao. You used to be the place to go.
