Ordered through Uber wanting to try the Chizza. I’ve been waiting for weeks to try it. They did not have it. We got tenders as a replacement and they were dry and hard like they’ve been sitting on the warmer for hours. They also gave me sweet tea instead of the Dr Pepper and the Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew I ordered and I hate tea, waste of a drink. Lastly Uber was doing a promo where if your order pre-tax is $15 or more you get a free 8 piece nugget. They gave 6 which were also dry and hard. Extremely disappointed since this was my first time trying a new KFC location since moving to this town.

This place should be shut down. No one that works there is able to read. The place is supposed to sell extra chrispy chicken but they never have any. Ordered a 3 piece 2 sides and lemonade. Uber delivered a big thing of Pepsi with my order ticket taped to the front. Beyond comprehension

Good food, good service. The chicken is good, and the sides are nice. Unfortunately, they don't have all the sides that I want that day they only have the fries, and the Cole slaw, but other than that, they offer the sides that they had to cover the other that they don't had, and for me is a nice thing to offer! They also give me a free dink while I wait for the order! Nice place to go and eat and clean too.

****BEWARE BEFORE YOU EAT OR ORDER ONLINE FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION****if there was a no star option this location would be the reason. Who ever was working today must have been in a very bad mood while making the food and boxing it up. If y’all don’t want to work in fast food, find somewhere that doesn’t have food involved. I know in the name of Jesus that y’all would not want y’all food messed up after working a long shift at work and not eating until u get off. I also know y’all wouldn’t want bad and nasty food served to your family and friends so why do it to someone else? Why? Why work at a place that serves food and you don’t want to prepare the food the way it needs to? I rarely and I mean rarely leave reviews but this struck a nerve with me today. This is not fair to anybody. I know Col. Harland Sanders is flipping in his grave right now ready to shut this location down. This is unacceptable food service at a well known and popular food chain. Again who ever comes to work in a bad mood, bad attitude needs to be sent home at the door. Better yet if you are working and you feel like “I’m just going to mess up people’s food today” clock out and go home please. Y’all shouldn’t even get paid providing unsatisfactory service myself or anybody else received today.
